A COURT OF LAW FOUND NO WRONG DOING that is what you need to understand. A court found he did not violate our laws. Everyday I go on Google News somebody's getting arrested for child corn everyday that means they don't get away with it that means everybody fell in the trap that he set. I knew he was innocent from day one because the police the FBI no one from the 3 letter agencies raided him for talking choose somebody underage they do that. When Epstein was arrested they arrested him his girlfriend because they were doing horrible things to underaged people. Our government doesn't matter who's in control cares about the children. The FBI and the Marshal service has dedicated teams to going and getting missing children who are being exploited sexually. None of that was used in a court of law against doctor disrespect.

If it goes to a court and gets flagged as false then it's against the other guy, no evidence to prove he's guilty he would lose the trial as the Prosecutor under state and federal law if the Judge asks for the sides of the story and the evidence which they must do, a law does exist for not having evidence under certain conditions as in conspiring against another person to make a false claim to say gain money or destroy their future would be against law this is Law(18 U.S. Code § 35) of the Constitution, however as most people know not all innocent people get the justice they deserve if someone makes a false claim causing a false ruling on an innocent person this would then put the blame on the court and the ruling of the judge and make that person guilty(the liar), also if Dr. Disrespect doesn't put out evidence against the claim theoretically he would lose simply from public opinion if this was under a legitimate court, Cody would also lose however since Dr. Disrespect isn't proving against it, it could cause the trial to end, as both sides have no evidence against another person, but if Cody is right, and Dr. Disrespect is not proving that it never happened then Dr. Disrespect would lose, and be assumed to be guilty. In simple terms the law: 18 U.S. Code § 35 is related in giving false claims of a crime to a person who is later found innocent of not doing the crime, and the penalty is 5 years + $1,000 charge for civil penalty to the Prosecutor, this Doesn’t apply if Dr. Disrespect is found to be guilty on the Prosecutor's claim. If Dr. Disrespect is innocent then he could bring this to court so he could get the judge to get the Prosecutor to spew his evidence if he fails, the Prosecutor would lose, however it seems Dr. Disrespect is definitely not spewing out against it completely, which wouldn't be a problem if you're innocent. However it seems it's legal so no crime has been committed by Dr. Disrespect so he won't face a sentence by a court anyway. I personally took Government and economics its useful as hell.
