Dre and Snoop didn't collaborate for 3 whole years between 96 and 99 after Dre signed Em in 98 and Snoop and Dre at that time got together again to actually work on some music towards the end of 99 which led to The Chronic 2001 album released in November 99 where they had their singles released Still D.R.E and The Next Episode.
