As much as Deathrow marketed the Gangsta gimmick and image, They never lacked on lyrics and production. They coukd have easily rode the wave of popularity but instead Kurupat, Rage, Snoop all left a legacy of great lyrics and Dre with production.

The funny thing about hearing this record is that my favorite time to occasionally smoke a blunt, which I taught myself how to draw with in high school, nowadays, is when I have juice and Tanqueray. Even though I remember Dre and the rest of them as a kid, this is literally my first time particularly hearing this. Plus, I'm hearing this for the first time on Christmas day. Wow 😮😮😮!

This that West Coast hip hop that I use to rock with. Dre had them ill a** beats & the lyrics were heat. The West died after Pac. Cube wasn't dropping shii. Snoop went to NO Limit & his style got wack. Kurupt & Daz split & was beefing with each other. Warren G hit his ceiling with the G-Child album or whatever his 1st album was named. But from Dre's Deep Cover that introduced us to Snoop all the way up to 96/97 around the time Pac died the West was getting it in
