@lindac.9659 I tore 2 discs in 2009, they've denied me surgeries and MRI's, even cortisone shots. They'll deny anything that costs money and mine was a work injury and it was Accepted as a Work Injury and I got Ongoing Medical in the settlement but if it costs money, you'll have to fight them, simple as that. It took me nearly 2 years to get my first surgery done and that was requested 3 months in. Sometimes you've just got to take them to court to get what they said they'd give you, the day you go to court though, being a legitimate case, they'll fold. Probably won't even turn up. It's all about money 💰 Shareholders etc..
