Dr. G. P. "Bud" Peterson Addresses Georgia Tech

On February 25, 2009, Dr. G. P. "Bud" Peterson was named as the eleventh president of the Georgia Institute of Technology by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.
Dr. Peterson and his wife, Val, met with Georgia Tech faculty, staff, and students that afternoon for an informal welcome, where Dr. Peterson delivered this brief statement.
