If you don’t have a spiritual connection, then you cannot heal. Even if it’s just to a universal love… but it must be higher than the human ego & freely given without expectation of return 💗 this first dead lift of love has nothing to do with romance or religion & may simply be mystical but it’s greater than your human ego ✨

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful perspective Healing truly does feel deeper and more powerful when we connect with something greater than ourselves-a love that’s pure, unconditional, and free from ego. It’s such a wonderful reminder that this kind of love isn’t about romance or religion but about something mystical and universal. ✨ Your words are inspiring, and I’m grateful you shared them here. bless you

That was so beautifully expressed in your comment and I not only agree with you, but I feel very similarly because at this time I don’t have any real connections as far as friendships or relationships because I’m really in the thick of healing and I have to focus on myself so I go out into nature or I meditate and I connect with God because I believe God and myself or one. I have a talk that I love And once in a while, I go to certain places that I know our safe in this chaotic environment that I am now living in because a lot of people are walking around feeling very anxious or angry so I take myself to the park with the dog and I talk to people there like-minded people I go to the library where there are free events or to a movie I take myself out to eat, but I find people along the way that I connect with and for now that helps me with the feeling of being lonely many times I don’t feel that way I feel kind of very relaxed and peaceful being with myselfI know that the connections will come, but they’re not happening at the present time and that’s fine. I find other ways to compensate and many of them are what you described.

This video was a real eye-opener for me. Dr. Gabor Maté’s insights about how capitalism and modern life impact our mental health really hit home. I never realized how disconnected we’ve become from ourselves, nature, and others, and how this creates so much stress and emptiness. It’s crazy to think how stress, addiction, and childhood experiences are all tied together. If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts. How do you deal with these feelings of isolation or disconnection? Let’s share ideas and support each other in the comments. This is such an important conversation we need to have. #MentalHealthAwareness, #MentalHealth, #CapitalismEffects, #GaborMateInsights, #StressAndTrauma, #HealingFromAddiction, #EmotionalWellbeing, #OvercomingLoneliness, #ChildhoodTrauma

The Earth, western "culture" and fiat currency are all demonstrably DYING. Every complex system humans need to exist or have fun, is collapsing rapidly. War, hate, racism, sexism and all the rest never went away no matter how successful or educated we got. We are an obviously failed, dying species. The news has been traumatizing every F day for years now. When will you victim blaming delusionals get it right? Life is suffering. All our great thinkers asserted that. There is NO intervention or talk that matches the horrors of EVERYTHING collapsing. The problem is we have a bunch of rubes & snake oil salesmen. FFS, the DSM is one of the most compromised books EVER. The replication crisis is criminal and literally murderous. Speaking of murderous, psych meds destroy lives, cause violence and kill more than street drugs. How about you liars wake up???

My sources for this list of *facts* include legendary NASA scientists like Hansen & Nobel Prize winning Harvard Profs like Fenech. YOU are just babbling about a future that is IMPOSSIBLE. We fd up, completely and *finally*. This crap is cruel. Stop it.

I grew up in rural Vermont & witnessed the decline of the family farm. Recently a former Vermont farm boy won the Nobel prize for his contribution to science. This was not an accident but the result of his upbringing when people beggared themselves through the property tax system to send their kids to school. I graduated in 1976 with students who changed the world for the better & we all came from a simple culture that valued us as well as our education. Someone put us first & I returned to Vermont to teach those with learning difficulties. I can’t bring back a lost community but I could help people learn, grow & change the world for the betterment of ALL

I'm still waiting for the tears to come to my eyes. Maybe consider nixing the click-bait titles. I like your channel but resent the manipulation.
