65 krvavih godina me je masakrirao, duhovno, fizicki ( koristeci takodje narcistu oca ) i materijalno. Kada je pre 3 godine prouzrokovao smrt nase Mame, otpisao sam ga do kraja zivota, seme mu se zatrlo, loza mu se ugasila, dabogda.

Such an interesting topic all marred by the loud music. Sorry I could only hear bits and pieces. Why is there any need for background music? Did it improve your video? It didn’t , regrettably.

My husband never asks what is wrong and if he did, me speaking would lead to more pain of not being heard or being told my pain was brought on by myself. I feel people keep quiet due to trying to keep peace as well, not truly being heard, or good intented people giving lousy advice like "snap out of it".

I wonder if it can be both - the underdeveloped capacity in people interpersonally to be able to communicate when triggered and work through a rupture AS well as what you are talking about in understanding one's ammunition which of course was conditioned interpersonally. It seems to me that spiritual practice and self development work has become a very individualised process but the interrelationship with each other and negotiating the inevitable ruptures is largely unexplored and undeveloped. In narcissistic cultures that inevitably means abuse, war. neglect and victims.

My dad just passed. He was 90 and a narcissist. He groomed my middle sister and made her a narcissist and executor of everything. There are 6 of us siblings. My dad’s body wasn’t even cold and she changed the locks in the middle of the night and kicked my brother out of our parents home. He was living there a year. She designated herself to receive my dad‘s flag from the coffin when it should’ve been mine because I’m the oldest. Then she designated her husband to receive my dad‘s medals while my two brother sat behind me with nothing. She humiliated us in public!!! That was my last straw and I ended up slapping her after the funeral dinner was almost over. I am going to therapy because “I” feel bad for what I did. 🤦🏼‍♀️ part of me feels bad but honestly she deserved so much more! How is any of these stories allowed to happen legally! These people are mentally ill and should never be solely in charge of legal matters!

My father abandoned me as a baby and my mother raised me alone. My whole life I felt that I owed the universe, like it was a favor to be here. I took on a caring for others mentality. I went into healthcare and had kids and tried to give them everything I didn’t get. But I can’t lift the fog of depression. Sometimes I feel so bad I want my life to end

I have mind blowing info. Citing digital distraction as an issue, clinical presentations of attention problems have climbed, a recent study of data from Epic, a software company found an overall tripling of ADHD diagnosis between 2010 & 2022. GM didn't tell us that, did he? He wants us glued to our screens.

There are NO mind-blowing revelations about ADHD. Put down your phone, visit parks, feed the birds, take deep breaths, and do what you enjoy. Soon you'll find your ADHD diminished. The last thing you should be doing is what GM is doing: obsess about it.
