secret ending: failing on the first level on purpose will cause the coffee to stay normal. Jon will not get sick after drinking it. after that, you get the hardest level in the game, where you need to "cure" Nermal in a ridicilously complicated pill puzzle. If you win, nermal will die and you get the secret ending. completing the secret ending will cause a trophy with cat ears to appear on the title screen.

aside from this being absolutely awesome, i actually really love the idea of a game where you play as a shitty doctor with garfield's type of attitude; just chucking in different medicines with no rhyme or reason, giving up on sessions half way just because he's bored, generally not having a clue what he's doing and constantly making quips.

Man, they've really updated the sound and visuals from when I last played this, but still kept the mood the same. So glad they still kept the "Take a chill pill, Jon" line after all the controversy that stirred up from it.
