Hi Dr James. I like your demo it was very helpful. I just brought mine last week. I can not figure out how to get the seat to go into a Flat Chest Press. Have you done this yet?

@@drgenejames Thank you!! I did not think so. The billboard that came with it had pictures showing different exercises and that was one of the positions. I was like what am I not seeing 🤣🤣

What’s good Dr. James! I was thinking about purchasing a used Odyssey 5 for $350 when I stumbled across your video. Just wanted to know your opinion regarding this machine for as function. I currently have a Bowflex xceed. I like the feel of a weight stack.
