We reuploaded the lecture as Dr. Fritz gave us the HD version of the video so you can now clearly see the slides. Hope everyone enjoys this new lecture by Dr. Glen Fritz who's written a number of books on this topic. You can buy his books (including e-book versions) on his website here: ancientexodus.com/ Dr. Fritz has a different route after the Nuweiba crossing site to get to Jabal Maqla aka Mount Sinai. There are a number of views as to which wadis and valleys the Israelites took from Egypt to Mount Sinai we are presenting Dr. Fritz's information to stimulate discussion and research and not necessarily saying we agree with every single point being made. Discovered Media has provided media (drone photos and videos) to Dr. Fritz for his books and lectures like we have done to others that have asked. Enjoy!

Is this confirming what you have been presenting as Mt Sinai with the charred top and the whole area with the split rock, etc, or a new location? Sorry if this is a duplicate. The first one disappeared and I didn't know if you are moderating first or I did something wrong.

@@brianparkman8183 Sorry the one from yesterday was less than 720p resolution so the slides were kinda blurry. This is the 1080p HD version. So now you can see the slides clearly. It's the same mountain though he has a different route from the Nuweiba Red Sea crossing to Mount Sinai. This other route he presents here. He has the same Red Sea crossing and the same mountain in Arabia as Mount Sinai.

So just a different split rock at Horeb? Not the popular one with the big crack down the middle?
@DiscoveredMedia
@DiscoveredMedia 3 ай бұрын
@@mikef6063 Yes that is correct. Dr. Fritz believes the Israelite took a longer southern route so thus his Rephidim site is a large hill and not the famous split rock that the Caldwells discovered. I myself still believe the northern route that goes by the split rock is the better route.

Wow... this is really interesting. Somehow I had missed that Israel camped at Makna, and great insight that they probably gathered the Egyptian weapons at this time.

A water aquifer coming out of a basalt cinder cone? Not likely! You need a porous rock like sandstone to be an aquifer, and for it to come up out of a singular split rock, you need the aquifer to come to the surface at that rock, with impervious rock around it. That doesn't sound at all like a basalt cinder cone, which is exactly the opposite of what's needed. The split rock near Al Bad that Ron Wyatt found looks far more likely to be the rock from which the water flowed. Edit: I forgot to say that there are petroglyphs to the south of Maqla, and a route through Al Bad, south to the sea, then east, then north west, coming to Maqla from the southern side would enable a visit to the sea to pick up the weapons washed up from the Egyptians, while also taking the Israelites through the area where the rock art is now found.

This was a nice presentation except for one thing -- He implied strongly that some words in our Holy Bibles today are not what the original writers wrote. Instead of saying that someone came back later and changed Moses' words to "Ramses" because it was better known, perhaps it would be more correct to review our ideas about timelines?

I’ve watched videos by some very good biblical archeologists who are excellent on many topics but who are seemingly stuck in the “old view” on this which is surprising to me. They end up with a theory in which they barely left Egypt before crossing a glorified swamp as the Red Sea. I can’t imagine how, with these discoveries and especially the likely actual crossing location which fits SO WELL, they still can’t seem to be open to it! One of the most striking things is the name Pi-hahiroth meaning “between gorges “ or something like that. A striking description of this location as opposed to a glorified swamp. This location is actually a SEA. Add to this all of the details around Sinai, the location of Midian etc. When presented with the two theories (or more) and the accompanying sets of evidence we now have, a child should be able to figure this out! Boggles the mind.

It's good to see you check it all out yourself but I'm disappointed that as you know very well Ron Wyatt is the author of this find you never even mentioned him once! ...and the point of Mt Sinia all you had to do is read your bible as it states very clearly in Gal 4:25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia ...

Well, there's really only one mountain in the area there with a blackened peak so that would have to be Mount Sinai. And everything else in that area goes to prove it like Jethro's Cave, the Rock at Horeb, the Golden Calf altar, the twelve pillars and etc...

I want to sleep now. I will watch what you have to say tomorrow, and I may give you the details of the locations of the Torah stories from Abraham to Moses. I tried to tell the specialists in my country, but they are taking baby steps now, so they cannot imagine that the official story is incorrect. Note: Petra was not the qibla of Muslims in the first century, but rather a different spot, its Eye-catching shine

If two 2300 foot walls of water separated by 300 feet or 4 miles were to suddenly be released to crash together there would have been a tsunami up and down the Gulf of Aqaba the likes of which haven't happened on this earth for 66 million years (Chicxulub impact). It would have been hundreds of feet high. Every coastal town along the gulf would have been wiped off the map. Ezion Geber, Eilat and Al Maqnah would have ceased to exist. The Israelites, even if a mile inland, would have all been killed. However, there are no scars or scour marks along the shoreline of anything like this. Nor were Ezion Geber and Al Maqnah destroyed. Thus we know the sea parting did not happen in the Gulf of Aqaba.

…wow…I have something to say about this video. Painful to watch I must say. This is exactly why I left church…because of Ron Wyatt’s findings and how he documented it all. And no mention of him…but even taking credit for what Ron Wyatt already documented…and there is much much more documented that is awesome by the way…by Ron Wyatt…and this is just upsetting. I think this video should be removed just because…credit was NOT given where much credit was due. Yikes!…these guys are deceivers because of this. There is no possible way that either of these 2 “Pastors/Dr. are being real to you. I’m telling you…I could go on about these so-called Pastors…as I approached 3 “Pastors” in my time in church with Ron Wyatt’s DVD named…”Revealing Gods Treasure”…and they wanted nothing to do with it and looked at me like I was a crazy person as I tried to explain these Discoveries as I was handing them the DVD. So…with that that happened and absolutely no pastor in any church was discussing anything about these Discoveries of Ron Wyatt…I had had enough of listening to watered down bull 💩…no thank you ever again. I have learned more about the awesomeness of God on my own doing my own research than I could EVER get in church. Believe that.

The real discovery is, we don't need to find Noah's ark, we don't need to find the Ark of the Covenant, we don't need to find where they crossed the Red Sea, or where they congregated under Mount Sinai, all we need to do, is find Jesus! Once you've found Him, you already know all these things are here, and you don't need proof of it... Jesus is the answer, not the artifacts they find. Yes, it's cool to look at them for confirmation, but the meaning is the same... God is the living God, and all we do is in vain, other than worship Him with all your might, all your body, and all your soul... Praise God!

efowbie, be careful, you are judging peoples' hearts which is forbidden by the Holy Bible. Yes, God used Ron Wyatt mightily, but let's not put down others who are doing research too. Your use of vulgarity belies a vulgar heart too. Please repent, and allow Jesus to cleanse you.
