All of your points are true. As a Type I Diabetic and also a Gastroparesis patient, I know that each of the points you made regarding fasting are good (best thing for Gastroparesis when I have an attack!); on protein needs (vegetarian here as my kidneys don’t utilise protein properly and vegetable protein is easier on me, plus I still have to watch how much vegetable protein I take in); on good fats versus bad fats (avocados, olive oil, coconut and sesame oils and nuts are staples in my diet); on small meals every few hours and how this won’t work well - small meals simply don’t work with my digestion nor my insulin regime; and also on fruits, which for me, are only for when my blood sugar level plummets (due to either overdoing insulin or overdoing exercise); and lastly, I cannot digest fat-free anything with my digestive tract the way it is, so it’s whole-milk cheeses and Greek yogurt, etc. Great video! Thanks for backing all that I’ve thought for all of these years.

I have never eaten breakfast. and often don't each lunch. I eat dinner and sometimes a late night snack like strawberries. I have done this my entire life just because I did not feel hungry in the morning and if forced to eat (because sometimes adults would tell me how it was the most important meal of the day) I felt tired and sluggish and I just wanted to go back to bed. I feel much better, and have more energy eating my meals compressed into the later part of the day and night, and was doing this since I was a little kid back in the late 70's and 80's before I knew anything about nutrition. I just knew it felt better.

What are your thoughts on a higher fat diet if you have chronic pancreatitis? I've been told by my pancreas specialist to eat extremely low fat 20-30 grams of fat per day. That's really hard to do.

I understand this from the agenda of losing weight but what about gaining it how can one increase their calories without having a bunch of anti nutrients or exceeding recommended daily intakes. How can you ensure your carb intake is high enough by increasing starch and fibre without exceeding 90g sugar/day when you can’t eat foods with lectins.

Hi Dr. Another popular health advocate your might discuss regarding their longevity was Adele Davis from the late 1940-1970. She died age 70. From multiple myeloma. She was criticized a lot by the main stream "experts" but she was at the front opposing sugar, processed foods, additives, pesticide, etc. She blamed her early diet and too many x-rays for her cancer. She was intuitively right about a lot of things but was on the whole wheat/grain band wagon. And there was little research to support her ideas back then.

just Eat Grass fed beef Eggs and fish, cook in grass fed butter or lard, add olive oil, exorsize enough to keep your body running the way you want that machine to preform.

Don’t listen to this guy. Micronutrients are very important in changing body composition and overall health. Keeping track of what goes into your body will only guarantee an outcome

Greg isn't worth listening to cuz he's on steroids. Ppl on steroids firmly believe in CICO cuz drugs don't allow your body to ever adapt to your diet. Natural ppl won't always lose weight from CICO.

Very good video. Also, you keep drinking out of a straw you’re putting excess air into your stomach but you don’t need to be also if you’re gonna sit on a beautiful red chair you need to put a Christmas tree near you. You’re welcome.😂

Calories are only relevant in bomb calorimeter apparatus. I am not a calorimeter.

The guy incorporates most truth with BS/ facts/science to get you to buy into his click party. He literally contradicted his own statements multiple times. He says a lot of truth but goes off the deep-end at random times. He must be selling something or funded by someone paying him.... be safe... steer clear
