Let me get this straight…People consuming ultra processed foods were 50% more likely to die from cardio vascular disease….and the and the culprit is excess protein?? That doesn’t make any sense. How about the quality of the food? The added sugars and omega6 oils? Seems like a lot of confounding variables here. I’m not with you on this one doc

I wish Dr G would say how much Basil etc to consume - is one leaf good enough or do you need to take down an entire plant for example?

After eating 2 squares of 80% chocolate i feel weird. I feel a weird tension in stomach(not sick, like your are physically hungry, but psychological hunger is supressed, very strange) and saliva production increased drastically(remember feeling that way when i was still smoking after chain smoking two or three cigs). Is it safe if i feel that when eating it, or do i have some kind of allergy or incompatibility with it? I may be wrong, but i feel like it also supreses hunger alot, and above all wish to eat other sweets. Common candy is like 10% cocoa 60 percent sugar and the other stuff is something like palm oil(if you are lucky) and who knows what

I'm on keto diet, and I feel like I had bit slow bile, but it seems to have balanced out. Also I've been through weight loss, and loose stools, to marbles, and now on quite ok looking poops. It depends alot on how it feels like if I boost something with fat, because I got the base for vitamins, fibers, and proteins basically planned out, but some space for carbs and fats, to have something like chocolate, or just maybe extra nuts, but usually chocolate is lighter option than nuts. As I have epilepsy I have appointed nutritionist by the doctor. I think I fixed the marbles with having lactic acid bacteria pills, or the bacteria fixed it.

Seems like the Insulin like growth factor…is related more to glucose and NOT Protein. This is physiology…you do not mention the parameters of this study that supposedly shows “protein” as raising IGF…what was the protein COOKED in? My guess is Polyunsaturated Fat which also raises IGF….Dr Gundry, tell the whole story not just the pieces you want to sell to your viewers. Eggs are a whole food…they have everything the body needs to be healthy.

You May NEVER EAT Sugar Again After WATCHING THIS! Watching this video, I can see why you titled this the way you did. Sugar also feeds Cancer. If you are diagnosed with Cancer and your doctor doesn't tell you to stop eating sugar, you need to get another doctor ASAP! Also stop eating cured meats with Nitrates and Nitrites; they should tell you that too! Read the book "Salt Sugar Fat" by Michael Moss and you will get brain overload when you see how these foods companies are killing, making us sick and fat with sugar and other unnecessary ingredients in our food.

Oxalates are also harmful without a fasting protocol and re-mineralization efforts. Yams and sweet potato have oxalates in big amounts. Insoluble oxalates are relatively safer as they are excreted. Lectins are harmful unless denatured, pressure cooking with boiling water for 15 minutes and throwing away the water.

As a woman in her mid '80s, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my 60's and was put on Fosamax for 2 years but it wasnt helping to build up my bones and it was irritating my digestive system so I got off of it and thru a blood test I found that I was low in vitamin D3 and other minerals so my doctor put me on a high dosage of D3, ( 6000 mg) plus K 2 which helps the calcium go to the bones, plus magnesium and other minerals. My dexa scan showed that there was a reversal of my osteoporosis. Of course, I follow Dr. Gundrys diet also. Now in my mid '80s I am still active so far no breaks and I do yoga and use weights to keep my muscle mass up. Exercise as walking also is important walking for 30 minutes three times a week. Also I take a gentle yoga class that helps my balance, flexibility, etc. I am thankful I can still enjoy my favorite activities and family. 0:10
