Our common Heritage is 5000 years back (even bamiyan Afghanistan has largest Buddha statue) and Islamic heritage is quite recent in this long time frame. THERE ARE VERY BIG DIFFERENCES BETWEEN INDIAN RELIGIOUS MINDSET AND !slam!c mindset.. all other Abrahamic religions have changed over time, they went through religious evolutions except !slam. . What stellar responses by Farooq Adil to Shakil Chaudhury and Hilal Ahmad. It seems with each passing day, that the more you bark on the short-comings of Pakistan; the more of a platform you're given by people. I absolutely commend Farooq Adil for holding his ground on the narrow-minded narrative being presented to mallign Pakistan. One need only ask why is it that we don't see Indians who mallign India being given platforms to raise their concerns? And I can attest that there's enough of them out there as well. It's one thing to be a "critical patriot" and another to be a "certified Mir Jaffar". I'd say as a Pakistani, as much as I'd love to "revise" and "honestly" represent the misrepresented elements of our society for the past 70 years; replacing it with a narrative that seeks to undermine your own without acknowledging it's own shortcomings (talking about Bharat) is nothing short of ideological war and sowing seeds for another Pak-o-Hind conflict in the near future. If they i.e. India wanted peace, they wouldn't be jumping at the opportunity to undermine us with the platform that people like you Mr. Shakil Chaudhury provide. Mr Shakil Chaudhary, India is a vast country inhabited by diverse population.Why Pakistan is bothered about Indian Muslims.It should be bothered about its own ppl.If at all they want to draw a comparison,they should do that with Bangladesh,the country that became part of it in 1947 and separated in 1971.India is on march towards progress n development and all Indians including Muslims are progressing along.By the way Muslims are as much part of Indian society as anyone else. It is Pakistan which broke down from India and then broke down itself in two halves. It is Pakistan whose record is not very bright in protecting its own minority.

Subtle Discrimination is a norm in Indian society not just against Muslims. As a South Indian, you got used to getting discriminated against in North India. Having moved to the US, I still see that where North Indians have a sense of superiority even though South Indians are probably the most successful sect in the US. Caste and Colorism is the basis of the society and it has no bearing on religion.

Bakra Eid just went, on social media there many over 90% Eid wishes from so called “‘Hindu” if you go to all Darghas you will be surprised to know that maximum Hindus go to Darghas. It’s high time we come out of this debate and Pakistan must see what’s happening to minority in their country.
