Do cooked vegetables serve as fibre rich prebiotic or we have to eat them in raw form
@GutHealthGurus

Appreciate the session but please consider that your audio and jason's presented a struggle, minute to minute. His voice wavered in and out and your voice produces escess echo. Specifics are tough to pick up as voices trail off. Ultimately, good intent can be turned into sour experience. Audio issues are systemic so you are not alone in this issue.

Very wrong on Saturated fats .Correct on fibre I’m afraid
@marisademore468
@marisademore468 2 жыл бұрын
I don't think he was saying saturated fats are bad. I think he just said that endotoxins latch onto saturated fat and are translocated through the gut wall into the blood stream that way. They hitch a piggy back on the back of these fats. I've heard someone else say the same thing, maybe reducing saturated fats temporarily til the gut heals is the way to go for some people 🤔 or eating plenty of fibre at the same time as he pointed out 🤔? 🙂
