Ben, your reactions to jason's comments has made this an excellant video. Far too many interviews lack spontaneous reactions to guest comments which should be clarified - not let ride. My background includes, alt med, engineering and business; when an authority such as Jason says something which doesn't jive and the interviewer doesn't catch it - frustration mounts. Good questions count and by reacting immediately more good evolves. In this session no less than 10 points required clarification (for me) and you caught them all! Great job!

Like a sibo methane patient, probiotics never help me. I have tried spore probiotics and yeast for years. Tried biogaia too. Only improves something of my brain fog. But it increased my gut pain. Maybe probiotics improves SIBO but not IMO. Is a different condition. Thanks for the video.

@@weitzchiro Thanks for the answer. I have tried that , only for some days, it gave me more pain. The onlyu thing that reduces my methane was the elemental diet but then the archaea came back. Regards

Among other antimicrobials, high dose allicin tends to work well with methane SIBO/IMO@@juliomerino
