@ 11:00, my physio did the same proposed mechanism on my left side hip pain-I had for seven years. My left hip muscles were tight and blocked causing sciatica, back pain, numbness, inflammation and slightly pale bluish. He kept digging in for 15 minutes on my side hip. He was pushing/digging harder and harder. I was screaming and crying a like baby-36 years old-because it was tooo painful....Sigh. After two days, my pain was gone!!!! The pain never came back!!! It is a very good technique!!!!

I don't mind dirt bikes but I'd never ride a bike on a public road. I've been PIT manoeuvred accidentally by a truck (at 100kph! I was sliding at 90 degrees :P) and recently hit a kangaroo in my car (nothing major, but the insurance excess was cheaper than repairing privately..) The point I'm making is, the 1.5+ tonnes of steel has kept me safe every time!

Now I am in no way shape or form trying to take anything away from Dr. Jason's videos. I really enjoy his videos. They are very informative & thorough. I want to say if you got a torn ligament or tendon, get it fixed. You can do all the PT in the world but the reality is that ligament or tendon will always be torn. I played basketball with a slightly torn patella tendon on my left knee for 4 years. I had numerous rehab sessions throughout the years. My knee was getting worst & worst. It was to the point every time I did a physical activity, I was limping after I was finished. I had enough of playing in pain & decided to get my knee fixed. When I got my surgery & rehab it, my knee felt great. I wasn't in pain anymore. I felt 💯 percent better. I do not limp anymore & I play ball pain free. Thank you Jesus, AMEN!

Oh I developed flat feet. I attend physical therapy from sports medicine physical therapists. Monday's and Wednesday's the pool for my lower back exercises. Tuesday's and Wednesday's for my feet exercises. Friday's for my neck. I subscribed to your healthcare videos. I truly appreciate.

I felt so sorry for him, I could tell he was hurting so bad. I have a severely bad neck so I can empathize. I was so glad Dr. Jason knew what he was doing and helped him. That guy was really brave and handled the painful adjustments like a trooper. Dr. Jason helped put him at ease by by explaining what he was about to do, what would happen and then showing him the difference in strength and range of motion after as opposed to before. I have seen chiropractic videos with other doctors where I felt bad for the patient because there just seemed to be torture going on with no interest by the doctor in explaining anything. I wanted to punch him and say, get off that poor guy, you quack, you’re really just hurting him! But with Dr. Jason, it’s how it should be and you don’t feel like you just stepped into a scene from Hostel.

I really wish I had come across a doctor like this before I did surgery on my shoulder. I had exactly this going on. Slight smelling in the infer., and slightly week in exactly those two places. Been almost 8 years now since the surgery and I'm still fighting extreme pain every few months. Keep this up man! And to people considering surgery THINK TWICE, it may not be worth it.
