Dr. Joe Dispenza (2023) - "The Fastest Healing You'll Ever Experience!"
#JoeDispenza #DrJoeDispenza #Lawofattraction
According to Dr. Joe Dispenza, people don’t have to follow a genetic destiny. He has stated that most people that have medical condition which lead to further ailment is not because of genetics but rather their lifestyle, environment, and thought. After long research, Dr. Joe Dispenza, has deduced that, when people keep thinking the same thought which cause anxiety or depression, lead to a specific kind of environment which then leads to a certain lifestyle, which then down regulates genes to create cheap proteins, which then leads to disease and ailment. Hence, if a person can change their train of thought, and start living according to a better lifestyle, they will upregulate good proteins which then gives control to a person to lead their own genetic destiny.

This is exactly what happened to me...i had anxiety attacks that would give me extreme atrial fibrillations....one morning i had one of such an attack and i found myself starting to tell myself, 'i am safe...i am calm...i am healthy...i am ok' and kept repeating this over and over...i dozed off, woke up about 3 hours later and i was feeling my most healthiest...the constant tachycardia had gone...and on top of that, i was in good spirits and energetic and have been since then...i started positive and gratitude mindset and my life has never been the same....suddenly, i feel more alive🙌🙌

From the cup of tea .. to the headphones and music .. to my ability to hear .. see .. taste .. feel etc etc !! Your blessings are endless !! Just be present and feel it ! 🎉🥰 Wishing you all the best !!❤

I to battle with overthinking, I think one of the problems with the perception of meditation is people “try” to meditate. I find the best meditation is to turn EVERYTHING off, no guidance, no vibrational background music, just nothing, no thinking about breathing, no thinking about anything, just be.

This basically proves what I have often wondered. When I was young and didn't want to go to school, I'd pretend like I was sick. If I really focused on it and acted out the symptoms, pretty soon I would really feel ill. The physical ailments would manifest. Now as an adult, I often think if I was able to manifest my thoughts back then, into physical distress or illness, could I also do the opposite and make myself well? I've been able to do it with my blood pressure, when I was in treatment. Every morning it would run high, so we'd shut the door, turn off the light, close my eyes, practice breathing and meditate for 2-3 minutes. Then we'd check it again and my BP would go down 20-30 points! Struggling with fibromyalgia and migraine's deem to be much more difficult of shaking off. Surprisingly though, I haven't resorted to pain meds

We have to remember that we are all energetic beings… A lot of times we just treat symptoms and treat the physical body… But we have to remember that almost all of our diseases in general come from trauma that we have sustained in our lives that gets trapped within the body which can cause physical ailments w hi hen left on attended to. It has been scientifically proven that stress and trauma caused disease… So we need to address that spiritual and energetic body and being that we are that create our emotions… Once we Heal that part of ourselves then we are able to heal our whole bodies… That is where releasing the trapped emotions from the subconscious plays a huge role in clearing that trauma and allowing us to get out of the sympathetic and into parasympathetic ,rest and digest ! . I have found such healing with doing CEBR energy healing and Reiki! There is hope! I always say if I can heal anybody can… I was bedridden for two years with all sorts of autoimmune and bacteria and virus issues! We just have to remember to address the whole body Including the spiritual and energetic body and to remember we are not our disease or issue , Consciousness and soul are separate from the body and from our symptoms, our souls are not the body or the symptoms so that’s why we have to heal the mind so that the body can heal! I agree...When we change the way we look at things (gratitude vs stressed out)... It changes how we feel...so when we learn to change our thoughts to those that help vs hurt us, (grateful vs sorry for ourselves) we start to feel better...yes, so much easier said than done but it is worth it...i believe when we can get ourselves in an environment of grateful and optimistic people, we will in turn start to feel better too...i think it also helps to schedule time for reflection/meditation as stressed out people that stay that way normally think that 10 "free" minutes is better spent on the next thing on their to-do list... Thank you for sharing this video, i thought about this concept as I woke up today and changed 'I have to with 'I get to' and it shifted how I felt almost instantly...I will keep working on this! ❤😊❤

Brilliant. I have been binge-listening to Dr.Joe for months now, got some meditations from his site also. But this - is amazing. I moved to a quiet mountain apartment, my balcony overlooks a forest and my neighbours are squirrels and buzzards. I am so so grateful to have changed my life like this now, and it seems to have come from nowhere, just perfectly landing in my lap. I am grateful every minute of every day. But I will now start sustaining that elevated emotion for 10 minutes or more, several times a day. Thank you so much for posting this! Old subscriber. Love your videos.

@@albulenajashari3485 keep the elevated emotion. In other words, sit down, close your eyes put attention to your heart and feel gratitude for your life. Ten minutes. 2-3 times a day. That is, if I understood it correctly.

@@albulenajashari3485 say to yourself "I am thankful for....." And remember and feel in your body how you felt when you were thankful for something. Yesterday a customer of mine brought me a cold drink in the hot weather. That was one of my gratitude list when I meditated last night. I was thankful and I remember that feeling when they helped me and how good that cold drink was. There's so much to he thankful for when you start to look. Hope you make it!

If you’re living a lifestyle that you’re unhappy with, there’s good news… the hardest times in life provide the greatest opportunity to evolve and grow. Your discomfort helped you to form the ideals you yearn for and gave you the impetus to reach for more. In that way, everything you’re experiencing has been extremely valuable and necessary in your evolution. God bless you on your journey!

Governments don't include this type of learning in school curriculums because when we're empowered, we cannot be controlled or packaged into identity boxes. The only control any government has is thru FEAR, anger, shame, outrage, and COMPLIANCE. Their power is given to them through our blind consent. When you know the reason you're alive and can see their manufactured reality for what it is, you can't be controlled... or divided into subgroups. You finally realize what it means to be FREE: 1. Countable to oneself 2. Disciplined 3. Full of love, mercy, compassion (fruits of the Holy Spirit) 4. Free to know you don't have to comply with any agenda that you consider morally wrong for yourself WITHOUT judging others who choose differently than you. 5. Realization we are ALL in the SAME struggle, and same journey... everyone's journey is hard, BUT we're in it TOGETHER. 6. We each have a duty to be a beacon of HOPE, the shining light that helps others who are lost. 7. Love and compassion for oneself... free of judgment or negative self talk. Make a mistake, correct it and be BETTER next time. 8. We CHOOSE what emotions we feel: we can choose to ignore the fear, anger, etc... no one can make you feel a certain way unless you ALLOW IT.

I have used my thoughts to work for me in many ways over the years, but I have what's called a "genetic" disease Ankylosing Spondylitis. I have been thinking about this the last few days & I now keep finding videos like yours, that I hope can hold the key I'm missing to overcome the "reality" of the pain & fusing of my spine, and allow healing. I'm Thankful for finding your videos, I use and teach these techniques to my clients and I'm happy to learn more about the work you're doing.

But if you’re NEVER provided for, especially in the intangible things, you know, the things you can’t provide to yourself, then you’re ALWAYS in survival mode. So even if you are grateful for 10 minutes just for being alive - that’s not enough for healing. When every part of life is just pain and nothing else then gratefulness seems to be only for the very thing that prevents healing.
