Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. Implementing the lessons I learned throughout the years of lots of trials and errors changed my life trajectory and learning that there’s a yin and yang in everything or proton and electron in an atom because opposites attract, which means a night won’t exist without a day because they’re codependent and that’s just the nature of life. I wouldn’t have appreciated the power of kindness if someone was not cruel to me. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of growth if I didn’t see myself stagnating. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of health if I didn’t get sick. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of real love if I haven’t witnessed my parents’ relationship slowly fall apart. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of mindful money consumption if I wasn’t broke. I wouldn’t have appreciated the growth of my KZbin channel if I didn’t start at 0.

You can! First you must be content with yourself. This can seem impossible when you're focusing on what you're lacking (in your case, I suppose that would be close connections.) Have you tried guided or mindfulness meditation to build a relationship with your higher self? I did this and it helped immensely. Once I felt contentment and love for myself many of the connections around me became deeper and more fulfilling. Some have become more distant and I've realized it's because they weren't in harmony with my authentic me - they were connections I wanted to be close but weren't meant to be. Meditation has helped me in so many ways and I hope you try it so it can help you realize your value. The first step in manifesting what you want in life is overcoming the blockages that make you believe you're not worthy of having what you want to manifest. You are worth it! You can do it! ❤

Carl Rogers one of the founders of humanistic psychology and one of the wisest people ever in the history of humanity. Called the change from the old self to the new self, going from incongruence to congruence as well changing from your real self to your ideal self. And yes Carl Rogers also said this can be a very uncomfortable feeling for some people as Joe says at 4:31 but Carl R. also observed some people are very enthusiastic to let go of their false self/facades and love the change, coming into see him asking to find their true self, and let go of all of their walls and numbing strategies people can develop due to challenging childhood experiences.

Great info, visualization can be hard. Just think of how you see and rehearse if you were going to confront someone, we can visualize that so easily, so now take that concept and visualize abundance. You get up in the AM and whatever it is that blocks your days and causes you to repeat the day don't want....Visualize that scenario. #mindcardio to rewire thought patterns.
