My biggest takeaway from this was my appreciation to you Evan Carmichael, for sharing it. 💙 I've watched many Joe Dispenza videos, but somehow, the way you connected them all had a mind blowing 🤯 impact on me. I've listened to it several times since discovering it yesterday (I listen while cooking & cleaning). I get new concepts and deeper understanding each time. Now, I'll sit down and make my plan of action and get back to you. 🥰

To adjust my thoughts and attitudes and create my new personality and personal reality, over the next 7 days I will: 1. Meditate/Visualize every morning. Mine are not listening because they have moved into the teenage years and are overwhelmed with the world they are seeing now. I ask them to listen to this info that this will literally change their lives from the crazy teen age issues feeling lost into a compass for adventures that inspire them creating a life everyday they are so excited to wake up to find what this new day will bring them. Their parents, my kids, are stuck too. I didn't have all the information as i raised them, so they got what i had which was good but not enough at the time to counter the trauma i was still living in from my past & sharing with them Now i see how the trauma of the ancestors is passed into the future for generations to deal with. Hypnotized unconscious puppets going thru the nightmare of a dream that is not even of our choosing. Don't get me wrong I am all in full of hope knowing this is the path of the journey of future Soul's to Heaven upon Earth . I will continue so i can be the evidence in this precious generous present moment of now. I am all in. I knew this all as a young child, just as they did. I was nurtured enuf by my gramma that i did not lose my true self for too long nor too deeply and what she did with me is what i am continuing to be with them. The Grace i was Blessed with through her generous present moments of nurturing my connection with the quantum field and the Angels which came into my life everytime i needed to be guided back to my Heart's compass brought me through the Blessings of the insanity of trauma in my youth & all brought me to this amazing place now in this lifetime. My biggest takeaway from this video is Mindfulness. To slow down, be more aware, find gratitude within each feeling and task. To have a sense of gratification just being me and knowing that is awesome enough. No need to please others nor be who they desire. To be compassionate towards others without absorbing their discontents to make them feel better. And mostly to throughly enjoy being in the flow of divine energy. 💕

Dr Joe also said once (maybe not here in this video but still good): „if you remember a situation and feeling the emotion your body is experiencing the past, it‘s in the situation. It doesn’t see the difference that this situation is in your head or it‘s happening really“ And this is so important especially for health because or body is in fight and flight mode if we think about bad situations all day. Yes, Thank you Dr for all your work. I have used the original 12 Step program of Alcoholics Anonymous from 1976 to today and I must say, I've seen hundreds of lives changed for the better. Very much real life miracles for the suffer and the loved one's involved. Most call it a miracle of a spiritual experience in kind. The original 12 step program is not a self help program, but a finding of a Power greater than one's own self that will solve all of the Alcoholics drinking problem on a very very personal level. Yes, I have never ever seen it not work, for them that finishes all 12 steps, just as described in the books first 164 pages. It's always about "Action" and a person's Freewill in most case's. it's truly amazing watching how powerful the mind can be on an unwilling person that's drinking themselves to death... I believe your work has lots to offer for Alcoholics and Drug Abuse problems in this world also... I'm reminded of the last part of Bill W. Story in the book that states: "It most flow in and through us daily or we perish". Thanks again for sharing! Very very important topic and a life long game changer, truly amazing stuff for this thing called life that we all get to live.

Okay...Lol...first of all, @EvanCarmichael, Thank you so very much for Dr. Joe Dispenza's teachings. Man! I feel like I'm back in school (in a good way). I've spent the last hour [at least 😁] pausing and writing down everything that man was saying from minute 58:05, on...I'm now at 1:02:54. I woke up this morning with this segment playing...and when it got to minute 46:05, on 'Ego' - I was hooked. It's brilliant! I am taking a break, right now (as I have writer's cramp, LOL). But, I plan to have this playing in the background all day! My biggest takeaway so far??? 🤔🥰 That by changing my thoughts about my situation(s); by holding onto gratitude; by giving myself permission to emotionally embrace the vision for my life that I lost sight of, I am excited to continue this journey that I thought was over! It is SO Amazing to me where God will lead you. This is speaking Volumes to me. Thank you! #BELIEVE

1:26:40 WOW! So I was listening to the first part of this video and then took a break, returning at the above time stamp. I pressed play and then started to comment this : "Every time this starts working for me, I change my mindset and my outward projection, I feel a fear. A fear of being a fake, an imposter, and then I slip back to my comfortable shitty *ME*. It's my comfortable default mode" And then I heard Joe talking about it and how to overcome that.
