I'd say it was butter :P I've used various spreads, and none taste like butter, and the texture is different. Like anything else, too much won't do you any good. After a quadruple bypass, I'm careful about things like butter. But not paranoid.

We never refrigerate our butter. It sits on the counter in a butter dish or it's not spreadable. It never goes bad
