Amma Prasanna Pl give food for kids. Don’t stop them. To grow healthy we have to give all foods. But use cold press oil and farm fresh milk. Give poornaalu, payasam, garelu everything. So that they know our traditional foods. Otherwise how do they know ammamma foods?if you are below 40 you can eat less quantity like two garelu like that. After 40 we have to switch healthy lifestyle.

Yes andi. As i told all good properties it helps weight loss but conditions apply. Who are following diet program only. Not After eating nice South Indian break fast, lunch and dinner. I follow strict diet. What ever I eat I see food values and balanced food and eat ONLY required quantities. Then only anything works for weightloss. Otherwise BIG NO. 🙏

Hi ma Sandhya rani garu. First two big glasses of water, then exercise, one sugarless coffee, then two boiled eggs. After one hour like mid morning drink I have any vegetable or fruit juice ma. Not with empty stomach. At 11.30 it will be soo refreshing. At 1.30 I have my lunch. 5pm one apple 6 murmara as my evening snack, nigght 8 d add profited ragi with old fashioned rolled oats have one cup. That’s all. 😊

Actually milk is not inflammatory andi. If you have any lactose intolerance or allergies with cow milk, then only avoid milk. Otherwise no andi. But one myth was from our grand parents if we consume curd(yogurt) knee pains aggravate. Because of vata dosham in ayurvedic. They asked to drink butter milk always. May be that perspective also should believe. Only milk won’t effect or cause inflammation amma. I’m consuming milk a lot. But desi cow milk and buffelo milk.

Amma Krishnaveni honestly I’m telling. I never makeup my face. If you see outside my skin got lot of pigmentation. Because I was not aware of sunscreen or drink plenty of water or used fair and lively for 35 years. So skin damaged a lot. Now I’m taking care. Only moisturiser I applied on that I applied sunscreen. That too 6-7 hours before. May be due to lighting it is looking shiny. I never lie.

When you wash grapes with salt water and keep them in salt water for long time, grapes taste salty ? Is it ok ?

If you soak bunches they won’t tast salty. If you loosen individual grapes and soak they taste salty. Little salty also no problem andi. Itching will go off. Otherwise grapes have slight itchy tendency.

Do exercise continuously. Towel roll pressing and leg raising for 10-20 numbers are very important. Do continuously on bed. Take glucosamine 1500 mg tablet and D3 with calcium. See my all knee pain videos. I shown all supplements.
