Avocado is the best fruit I consume it thrice a week I also intake pomegranate,guava, blueberries n strawberry 4 times a week .I believe we should enhance our quality of life .I run daily

I feel most of the fruits ,food grains including wheat,rice, ragi etc, are all genetically modified .if they are what they were a hundred years ago, we could have eaten them without fear. Avocado is available here and there in our country. Some Farm should take up growing avocado also. It's a very big tree and has long life and gives avacados through out the year.

Paneer is full of fat and low in carbohydrates. If we eat it as breakfast we will still see increase in blood sugar. How do we explain such things 🙄🙄🙄

Paneer has good fats + proteins. You can have it any time of day. It wont increase blood sugar levels. Probably my body behaves this way as I use CGM.
