Tim, one of my favorite podcasts ever was you, Kelly and dr Manger years ago… Manher seemed a decade ahead of the times.. now don’t hear much of him anywhere… he still practicing/ interviewing?

Haven’t heard of of the lymphatic system being described as “deep” before. Is there a reason for why he said it that way that is any different than just the lymphatic system ? Is there something new about it?

Have you thought about what flying to Japan for skiing does to the environment? Self improvement at the cost of the environment is very shallow. Until now I really enjoyed what you had to say.

I always found Kelly's ideas weird, far too complicated and slightly esoteric. To be honest, there are better people to glean info about 'mobility' from for athletes Quinn Henoch, Dean Somerset are 2 excellent alternatives
