For 52 YEARS I worked 11 to 13 HOURS a day SIX DAYS a week in factories. I would shower and shave at night and lay my clothes out for the next morning. I would wake up at 2:15am and immediately walk outside and start my vehicle. I would rush into the house throw my clothes on and would be driving down the road 5 minutes after I opened my eyes for my 55 mile commute. My two sayings were "I'll have time to sleep when I die" and "bones not broken, blood not flowing, I ain't going" (regarding doctors). Amazing what the human body can tolerate. Still alive at age 74.

Been retired for 4 years and have watched at least 4,500 health podcasts. I've gotten to the point where it is the same message repackaged ( not a bad things). This podcast had a TON of new info. I'm going to go out and buy the book. GREAT PODCAST!

I walk 3-5 miles a day. I also practice yoga to keep my flexibility up. I’m 63 and look pretty much the same for the last 5 years.
