@TRUST "How long do..." time is not the answer. My doctor informed me that those people living in India barefoot on dirt-floor homes don't have allergies. The reason isn't any magical source of energy. The feet are directly exposed to the bacteria on the soil. Our environment is composed of 80% good bacteria and 20% bad bacteria. So, walking barefoot on the ground gives our body the best exposure to the good bacteria. So, your question of "how long" is not important or relevant. The answer lies in the soil. Soil that has not been treated chemicals like lawns etc. Try this. Go for walks into a forest (barefoot) for your daily exercise. The forest is filled with healthy bacteria not available in an urban environment. Forest settings also have a "spiritual cleansing" from all the living organisms in the forest. Both on a "micro and macro" level. Every living organism also is saturated with good bacteria. So, your exposure to good bacteria comes from both the ground and all healthy living things in the forest. Also note: the "spiritual" exposure from healthy forest is working for you. A spiritual cleansing. As I said, time isn't important. Your focus on "letting go" and being "one with forest" (or nature) is. Just let yourself study the forest around you passively. Also note all living things are spiritual in nature, including good and bad bacteria. Eighty percent of the good bacteria makes the difference in attaining good health. I wish you well, be well and happy. PS: daily meditation is also very healthy for your good health. It's a "spiritual cleansing". A calm mind makes a healthy body. So, meditation in a forest is very healthy for the mind and body. Let yourself be the forest. FYI: I'm a medicine man.

Not bacteria is the main reason of healing faster, but the Earth's own energy. By grounding yourself, you allow to a natural flux of energy to connect and circulate through your body. Try to use only an electrical wire connecting at night your body to the ground, and you'll realise that! Bacteria has almost nothing to do with that 👍 It's both electrostatic and electromagnetism involved!

Don’t laugh at me, please. I started grounding under my Japanese Maple Tree for about two weeks now. I feel sadness during earthing. I guess, my mind and spirit is detoxing. I can feel the breeze of the wind. I can feel it in me, not just on my skin. It so overwhelming, it feels like a blanket all over me. I sungraze, my trees (I have about 35 trees) I planted them 25 years ago. I can feel them. It’s weird. I stare at the birds in my backyard and I start to cry and feel sad. Every leaves in my Japanese Maple Tree /trees where I do my earthing I started paying attention to it. I can feel them. It’s hard to explain. I just have this immense feeling of sadness and a good feeling after earthing. This earthing is deeply affecting me emotionally and physiologically; I can sleep more than five hours without waking up in the middle of the night. My right shoulder pain is slowly dissipating. I have full of inflammation on my right shoulder and tendinitis. It is slowly going away. It was so bad , my retired doctor before she retired wanted to hook me up with the orthopaedic surgeon. I said “NO”! I ride the pain until I started the earthing. I’m just overwhelmed with this earthing. It’s bringing out so many emotions out of me. 😢😢😢 ❤❤❤

I lived next door to an elderly Australian couple for some time and was very friendly with them. A common practice with them was to work in their garden in bare feet, all year round.I asked about it and old Nellie told me that it lets the energy of the earth into your body. I shrugged it off at the time.Years later I enquired of the couple who had since passed away , Horrie at 104 years and Nellie at 92, both had been in excellent health all the time I knew them, now I think I know why.

I’ve been using a grounding bedsheet for the last few weeks and I can’t believe how much difference it’s made to my sleeping pattern. Usually I would wake up multiple times per night but now I’m sleeping so heavy that it takes me 20 mins to fully wake up in the morning, at first I thought maybe it’s just mental placebo but it’s not, I have an amazing sleep every night, that alone was worth the cost of the bedsheet let alone the healing properties.

Been sleeping grounded for over 10 years, wearing "Earth Runners" (grounded sandals) half the year for several years, and while these are not the only health things I think are vital, they are HUGE. I have very little inflammation these days. I recommend intermittent fasting as well, plus eating organic and any plants or animals should have lived clean and helped build soil (so I not only feel better eating them due to physical benefits, I also feel good about it on a sustainable level for all life). I also highly recommend reading the text by Arthur Haines called "A New Path". Also the Nourishing Traditions "cookbook" which is SO much more. Also "Deep Nutrition" by Dr. Catherine Shanahan. Not the spot where you turn it on but the lower base and it was dark in my room and the light actually turned on prob at a 10% level. It freaked me out. I unplugged the grounding mattress and tried again and it did not light up. I plugged the mattress back in and boom lights ip again. I then grabbed it with both hands and it got brighter. So amazing.

The shower is ofcourse naturally grounded, since all water pipes are grounded for safety. That's actually one of the reasons people feel better after taking a shower. At school its a bit of a challenge: they have plastic floors and chairs everywhere and the walls are like cardboard. Medical scientists don’t seem to know what causes infertility. When I first heard about an importance of grounding, it triggered in my thoughts an idea that lack of grounding could cause infertility! Why? I observed that not all people suffer from infertility. Suffer mainly those who live in developed countries! Whereas the poor people living in undeveloped countries are usually very fertile! Have more children they can feed! Ok. So what causes such a difference? - Maybe this: some people are grounded for most of the time. They don’t wear shoes. They work on farms, constantly touching earth with their feet and hands, touching plants, etc. While other people, especially those living in colder or developed countries constantly wear shoes, almost never touch the ground while living and working inside buildings, they commute in cars… I wonder if there are some people who suffered from infertility and experienced the miracle after they started to make themselves grounded?…

Yep, just as long the Concrete is over only DIRT/ GROUND and no Electric Wires near by......your GROUNDED.
@stanleysheppard84643 ай бұрын
Yes, even just a ceramic tile on the unpainted concrete floor provides the same effect as a grounding mat plugged into the ground contact of an outlet (provided your house electrical wiring is properly grounded). I have run some electrical tests with a multimeter and if on average my body generates 2 volts AC (from 1.7V to 3.9V), stepping on that floor drops my body voltage to 0.05 volts, that is basically the same as touching my grounding mat. Btw, my voltage was consistently higher near a plugged-in USB charger, it was going from 1.7V to 2.4V, but touching the mat would immediately negate that effect and voltage would drop to nearly 0. So if you sleep near charging devices (and I did for years) probably it is a good idea to have a grounding mat or grounding sheet on your mattress. Talking about tiles on concrete floor, for years I could not understand why these tiles in my basement feel slightly warm to touch to my feet, but now I understand, it was the earthing effect and the positive ion flow I was receiving being barefoot there.

I do too. The Lord God, Creator, formed Adam from the earth. I am 60. I love Father, Jesus and Spirit with all my heart, soul, mind and strength. I am sick. Some Christian friends, one who is a scientist, recommended this. Many have been praying for me. I am hopeful this will be helpful... healing from Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. I believe the blood Jesus brings healing. We are broken people in a broken world. I hope my words are helpful and encouraging.

Doc, if being grounded has so many health benefits, then all the poor people and farmers in developing countries should suffer from no disorders at all, as they are grounded most of the time. They are working barefoot in their fields most of time, they are walking barefoot most of time and many of them are sleeping directly on the grind most of the time, as they don’t have a cot in their houses. What is your take on this ?

Your feet adapts. If you don’t walk barefoot, why would you ever be accustomed to it? No… walk barefoot outside, if you really mean it your feet will adapt

I believe in grounding and have walked around on my lawn and felt better. I do have a question that just occurred to me. When you take a shower or bath the water is grounded. So can't you just have a shower or bath?
@GraceDollesin Жыл бұрын
Our water is grounded. That is why we feel good after shower. If it’s not grounded, then we get electrocuted.

QUESTION ? Couldn't this be hazardous for people sleeping close to smart meters, wifi, cell, etc.? Arn't you causing excess rf to seek you like a lighting rod?

I've wondered that same question.. I had our electrician ground several outlets and he thought I was crazy and would electrocute myself if I slept on a grounding sheet. So now I'm on hold about buying any.. And he didn't use the rod.. he hooked the outlets into the breaker box... I think..

If people refuse to even consider this stuff you can share your excess electrons with them by stealth. The more times you touch them while being fully charged the more charge will flow from you into them. ;) Or just touch them while you're both outside and you're not wearing clown shoes to connect them directly to the Earth.

I have a question. If we change our lifestyle, doesn't our body adapt to new one? Our parents grand parents used to get connected with earth. Now we are not. Then our body system should change according with new system.

Real Question. I work in a hospital. Think..... what’s the first thing that happens when you go to the hospital. You give them everything they need to know about you, and they ground the “Problem” for your whole stay. 🤔

Could someone suggest if ESD or Anti-static mats be used on the beds for grounding? That would be a cheap alternative to buying expensive grounding mats/ save me the trouble of making one. Thanks!

Hi, in Clint Ober's book 'Earthing' pg 228 he says that ESD ground cords contain a resistor that dampens the earthing affect, so, not as good. He doesn't mention mats. I was wondering about the boot straps for boots too, but ldk if they would work as well? .

Can someone help? crawling worms & bugs are really yucks to me so I'm paranoid & stressed about grounding. Can I at least get a fresh leaf and put it on the ground then put my feet on the leaf? Or if I use a clay potting pot with holes underneath and fill it with soil then put it on the ground then my feet in that soil in the pot? The soil in the pot will get in contact with the ground so it's the same thing right?
@veramariecano2895 ай бұрын
Leaf? Yes. Clint Ober says not clay.
