Especially since he has Superman/the Flash's powers, so faster than light speed/cognition and super vision so good he can see individual atoms within the core of the Sun all the way from Earth and further. Honestly even if he didn't get a look at Dr. Manhattan, by the time you factor all the DC characters he as copied the powers of, it still might lean towards Amazo. I mean, Amazo was deleted from existance by an evil aternative of himself using the anti-life formula, and then willed himself back into existence. He has willpower that continues to persist even once he no longer exists. Now, the question is, would they even fight? Probably not. Dr. Manhattan doesn't seem to care too much about anything and Amazo is for the most part benign.

I love that we have to see him from others perspective but it also makes me so confused. Like how can he forget humans need air to breath on mars if in the moment that he is teleporting her he’s also watching her suffocate. Or how he can act somewhat surprised when she tells him she’s cheating but he’s also living in the moment where she already told him.
