They got the powers down but the first few clips don't really fit. He has nigh omnipotence the whole movie except in the clip you showed which was before he got his powers. He can teleport, and he teleports himself/others all the time but the clip you showed was just him failing to regenerate himself not teleportation. Drawing a hydrogen atom on his own forehead is a cool moment, but nothing worthy of genius level intellect, him actually building and creating advanced technology demonstrates that better.
