It's hard to take a proper self care when we are living with toxic people 💔😭🥺

I'm sorry to hear that you should try to talk about your situation with someone you trust. There is almost always a solution. Don't give up. Everything will get better, bad situation never lasts forever. Have hope God knows you personally and everyone and everything. God has a plan and can help you to find a solution to your situation and make it easy for you. Ask God to help you find a solution and then do your part. You will see that things will get better soon.

Just start to consciously talk to yourself like you’re the most lovable little baby in the world. You want to teach it to be happy, strong, and understanding of the world around it. The trick is to be aware of your thoughts as consistently as you can. It will change over time. Practice doesn’t make perfect, it makes permanent.

Ask yourself do you have self compassion. If you don’t, you need to ,but that shouldn’t stop you from saying what u want to yourself. You should be able to accept your limitations Just as a true friend could. He/she would forgive you just as you should being authentic . Knowing you never meant to harm. Just being honest. Cause you do love yourself and you just want to do better. It’s ok to be hard on yourself , cause you know where it is coming from. A good place. A good heart. You can handle it just like your real friend could. But ask yourself, were you really honest or maybe just: hungry, angry,lonely or tired”HALT”😊and didn’t mean to say what you said. If it’s the latter, understand this and get better and let it go. Just like you would do to a true friend you love.

Hi, I had an osteopenia diagnosis at one point. After beginning a weight lifting regime, it is no longer detected. I am at a high risk for osteoporosis so this was highly important to me! And that was just ONE benefit of weight lifting.
@lynnsalberg5647 Жыл бұрын
@@maximac222 I started weight training , daily squats and five days a week walking briskly for an hour . I’ve also changed my vitamins and tweaked my nutrition although I was already eating pretty well I think the stress of that year and losing 15 pounds did affect my bone score. I was able to improve the score when I had osteopenia and I think if I would’ve kept up the regimen, I would still be doing well. Now I just have to start out again doing what worked and add to it. It’s a scary diagnosis that’s for sure, but there’s so many people that improve it with natural approaches.

That's amazing. And I agree. Yoga is known for its numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, and mental well-being. It's great to know that it also made a noticeable impact on your total cholesterol levels. Regular physical activity, like yoga, has been linked to better cardiovascular health and the reduction of cholesterol levels. It's likely that the combination of the physical movement, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques in yoga contributed to your positive results.

I worked myself up so much over my dog's illness and death that I developed a _severe asthmatic_ histamine intolerance. It wasn't the _obvious_ cause, but I've come to learn from you, Dr. Will Cole ("Gut Feelings"), and Dr DiNezza that it was definitely _the_ cause. Now I'm learning better coping skills and relaxation techniques to put my body back into its parasympathetic state when I get stressed and I'm starting to be able to eat normally, again. Of course, I'm also taking supplements and eating clean, healthful food, but that's not the only - or even the main - reason I'm becoming well. Absolutely! Nurturing your spiritual health can involve practices such as meditation, mindfulness, or engaging in activities that bring you a sense of peace and connection to something greater than yourself. It can be a deeply personal journey that helps you find purpose and meaning in life. Taking care of your mental health is equally important. Cultivating a positive mindset, practicing gratitude, and fostering optimism can contribute to your overall mental well-being. It's about recognizing and challenging negative thoughts, building resilience, and seeking support when needed. And of course, maintaining your physical health through regular exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate rest is vital. Physical activity not only strengthens your body but also releases endorphins that can boost your mood and reduce stress.

What we should follow, unawareness is a boon as everything around us is havoc as also on other hand knowledge is a bliss because we know what’s causing us in problem and suffer and have dis-eased body…. so how can we be ignorant and still be happy.. your view is contra indicatory and we as common people are confused ..So should we ignore and live happily or live consciously and die early… plz explain..

“Therefore I tell you: Don’t worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food and the body more than clothing? Consider the birds of the sky: They don’t sow or reap or gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you worth more than they? Can any of you add one moment to his life span by worrying? And why do you worry about clothes? Observe how the wildflowers of the field grow: They don’t labor or spin thread. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was adorned like one of these. If that’s how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and thrown into the furnace tomorrow, won’t he do much more for you - you of little faith? So don’t worry, saying, ‘What will we eat? ’ or ‘What will we drink? ’ or ‘What will we wear?’ For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you. Therefore don’t worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:25-34

I consider breathing to be the 4th skill for humans and unfortunately for most of us in most of our lives breathing is not properly valued or taught and it is a very fundamental and important skill for humans to have. The first three skills are walking (all forms of movement); talking (all forms of communication) and thinking. Sure everyone knows how to breathe the same way that everyone knows how to walk, talk and think. We can easily see the value of developing higher skill levels in moving, communicating and thinking, but in general we aren't taught the value of having higher skill levels in breathing and that is very unfortunate, because having awareness or how you are breathing (or not breathing when you are holding your breath) and a higher skill level in breathing can be life changing.

@abrooklyngirllinda Жыл бұрын
breathing through the nose slowly is maybe better for not stressing the body. (when we get stressed, we "gasp" for air through our mouths with "anxiety" so smooth breathing through our nose is calming. But or you could exhale through your mouth and mentally "let go" of any stress). focus on the smoothness of the breath and don't force anything. just some suggestions from what i have learned. :))
