Very Beautiful analogy of how God loves and cares for us. Satan knew who Jesus was in the wilderness, Father said 'this is my beloved Son'. satan would have heard that and he troubled the Lord after HE was baptized both in water and by Holy Spirit for 40 days, and don't forget he said to The Lord 'if you are The Son of God' he wasn't seeking an answer he was tempting The Lord even as he tempted two first human parents to sin the garden.

My thought, conjecture, is that Satan uses his minions/demons as an information network. But you’re 💯 % correct…Satan can only be in one place at a time. Really enjoyed this, thank you! Another thing I’ve realized is that lucifer really didn’t know that Jesus was God, or so it seems anyway. I know the suspicion was their, but that pesky angel lacked Belief. Therefore Jesus was able to unlock many legal loopholes on the cross. Lucifer never saw that coming. How amazing! So I wonder… did Father make lucifer blind, like He did His Jewish nation? I think He did. All glory to God! 🙏🏻❤️

Clearly, Satan believed he could foil the plan by provoking Yeshua to sin. If Yeshua sinned, he'd not have been an acceptable sacrifice & he'd have failed his purpose. Satan obviously didn't believe Yeshua was deity or he'd not have attempted to tempt him.

It's not something carnal like sound or music or instrument, frequency or resonance. It was a special gift/ability given to David for this purpose. David blessed Saul a lot but Saul only grew more envious with every good thing David did for him. This is a prophetic picture of the Lord Jesus Christ, who was handed over because of the envy (Matt 27:18) of the leaders of the nation He had loved and served so thoroughly and well.

Heiser is a higher criticism liberal in a conservative suit. His brand of circular reasoning is reprehensible. He is more grounded in ancient near Eastern writings-gnostic and pagan-than in the Bible! His hermenetic and his theology are both flawed. Be careful.
