Celery tea?? That's the first I've ever heard of that lol. How do you make it? Do you use celery seeds? Or you just boil the celery stalks like making a broth?

I don’t think it’s the fact that it’s juice or that celery itself if a miracle vegetable. I think its the fact that you’re just replacing unhealthy eating habits with something substantially healthier like celery. You feel more energized because you’re eating less unhealthy food and getting some veggies in. I do think it’s really just the fact that youre not eating unhealthy stuff and subconsciously creating a healthier lifestyle

Doc Mike clearly implies away celery juice. 16 oz of celery juice is about 6-10 stalks. You can't just eat all of them. That's the beauty of juicing. Yes it might be overhyped. Not as overhyped synthetic medicines. Preventive and active natural sources in most cases are better than medicines. Medicines in my opinion are stronger, fast acting but has a lot of adverse side effects.

There is no mainstream medicine for what the celery juice protocol heals: all auto immune disease and chronic illness. 'Doctors' don't know the cure or reason for auto immune issues or chronic health like PCOS, chronic fatigue, lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, ezcema, etc, that are all Cured by the celery juice protocol. This is literally a herbal medicine that's healed MILLIONS. :)

Ya medical Dr who’s trained to push meds. I have Crohn’s disease and I was on prednisone and remikade and stelera. Took celery juice for 2 yrs. Got off all my meds and now my Crohn’s is in remission. My specialist asked me what I was doing because she wanted to tell her other patients. I told her I drink 16oz of organic celery juice every morning. She said keep doing what you’re doing, she told me she’s not allowed to say if it’s working. But keeps doing. She’s awesome but again these doctors are trained to push pharmaceuticals. They won’t look into the evidence because it goes against the big pharma program.

I have had otitis externa for a few years. FYI it is like dry skin inside your ear canal. My dr. recommended hydrocortisone on the dry areas, which I have done for a few years. It goes away for a while, but always comes back. I started drinking celery juice and no more otitis externa. I do lots of juices and cleanses, but this is the first time anything has stopped the dry, itchy areas in my ears. Coincidence or not, I will keep drinking my celery juice.

GPs can be some of the most obtuse people on the planet, they're knowledge is restricted to pharmaceutical products because big pharma are the ones funding their universities so they will indoctrinate them on pharmaceuticals rather than a broader spectrum of integrative medicine incorporating nutrition and supplements, with pharmaceuticals. Theres no patent on natural products so therefore no billion dollar profits so shareholders won't recieve their dividends and they pull their shares and big pharma misses out. Big pharma makes the drug and gets the doctors to push it.
@TheNobleChipmunk2 жыл бұрын
You're suppose to chop the front tip and the bottom stem area off and also rip off any leaves, because they will cause the taste of the juice to be bitter and also you are suppose to wash them thoroughly and rub off any dirt or debris. It looks like Dr. Mike simply just shoved the whole celery into the juicer without any initial preparations.

Fun fact: I’ve got better and more useful health advice by watching the documentary ‘Fat, sick and nearly dead’ and making my own cold pressed fruit and veg juice than 40 years of going to doctors! True story. I’m not saying doctors aren’t useful, but there are experts that aren’t doctors who have amazing advice too. Naturally the trillion dollar pharmaceutical industry hates any cheap alternative that doesn’t depend on them - or those that promote their products. You think they genuinely care about ending sickness?! Their record profits DEPEND on it! When I do 7 day juice fasts (cold pressed juice and water, no food, I detox and on average lose 500g a day. I generally feel much better overall, and am drinking condensed nutrition. They aren’t fun to do - I love food - but it’s done amazing things for my health not to mention saved me a ton of money with what I’d normally spend on food. Watching the documentary Fat, sick and nearly dead was hands down one of the best things I’ve EVER done for my health, free to watch on KZbin.

Didn’t hear this in your video, but celery juice also has a “mild” natural diuretic, therefore some of the weight loss may be attributed to expelled water. My daughter told me about celery juice many years ago. She was juicing it daily and got me into this “trend.” It was literally both store and labor intensive, as you need to keep fresh celery on hand, wash all celery stalks prior to juicing, then wash the juicer. Did it for months before reading it was a natural diuretic. Eventually stopped after finding out about its diuretic qualities. Also, another find was when my friends were juicing cucumbers to mix with different liquors, such as vodka, gin, etc. I guess they were attempting to mitigate the alcohol 🤷🏻♀️. Googled and found out that cucumber is naturally high in copper. Not bad as a serving, but if loading up on it while drinking you could upset your copper zinc balance. Moral: even if the key ingredient is natural, like an herb, it may still have negative effects on your body.
