Just 1 question. Yes i agree scientifically 8 hrs sleep is the best and optimal but if i follow fitness lifestyle as well as islamic lifestyle in which i jave to wake up at night for prayers and through out the day due to work i cannot complete even 6 hrs of sleep then what should i do as both are very valuable to the day
