The part about symptoms that fall under vagus or limbic, which leads me to believe nervous system regulation is a huge component to healing. Intuitively I focused daily on NS the first year out of mold and saw huge improvements from debilitating symptoms. I have MCAS & MCS and my reactivity to smoke for example that used to set me back 5 days last year, now lasts 10-15 min. I have sensitivity to loud noises/ears. Still trying to figure that out. Great podcast!

I've been dealing with this for so long. Dr. Nathan helped me a few years ago. I just realized recently that my dentist has missed my amalgam that in my bone that was there from a wisdom tooth removal over 20 years ago. There's a cavitation that's probably keeping all the mold and Lyme and CMV in there, Dr. Nathan, and having all my issues with limbic and left side weakness with the amalgam and copper levels being sky high. I think this is my root causes weakening me and not getting better. Susan Taylor. Thanks very much to both of you.

Unfortunately, our environment is very polluted, and we are bathed in toxins on a daily basis. Heavy metals and chemicals poison our foods we eat and negatively affect different parts of our body, including the heart, digestive system, neurons, red blood cells, causing extreme sensitivities. The best way to avoid heavy metals is to consume organic foods and get a water filter. Many thanks for sharing this educational and very useful video, Evan and Dr. Neil! 🙌❤👍

wow great interview. If you don't mind me asking with herbal antifungals would you use in this case? My local Doctors don't believe in any of this and I can't get prescription drugs. Marker 5 is rather elevated for me along with HPHPA (have adult asd/ocd/severe tourettes like tics). I'm currently using Black walnut, caprylic/undecylenic acid, potent oregano oil and I'm about to add biocidin & pau d'arco. I've searched the net and bought a few books and it's hard to find antifungals specifically for Aspergillus, the ones I've mention seem to be more referenced to candida. For Aspergillus I've learned itraconazole for the gut and ketoconazole up the nose, but not anything specific in regards to herbals

@@EvanBrand Thanks! I have marker 5 on the OAT elevated which is apparently uncommon. And that was 3 months into strict keto with no sugar/carbs/starch whatsoever. The other markers besides arabinose are fine. Been doing undecylic acid/caprylic/oregano/black walnut etc for 4 months. Not much improvement in symptoms so far. Unfortunately Doctors in Australia won't prescribe sporanox or rifampin for the chronic Bartonella infection I also have. Super annoying! Once I finally figure out what could be causing my ASD like illness I'm prevented from getting the antibiotics/antifungals I need. Doctors in this country merely test for thyroid and give seaosnal flu shots. Hopefully the herbals eventually work, I've been on the Buhner protocol for 5 months too!
