When i needed legal advice on certain matters, i wish for a lawyer in the family. When i have to pay traffic summons, i wish for a police in the family. When there is a need for computing or digital help, i wish for a someone from IT background in the family. When i need financial planning or insurance awareness, i wish for someone from the financial sector in the family. As an internist with a focus on women’s health (in the US) with roots from India, I’ve always wanted to promote preventive health. It’s one of those wishes/dreams I’ve had of returning one day and working with or creating a program focusing on this topic. Some of the topics I would love to see being discussed are mammograms, Pap smears (so much data now saying HPV testing would suffice), dexa scans, fall prevention, heart healthy Indian diet, diabetic Indian diet, importance of compliance with meds (huge issue worldwide but in India esp where you can get meds w/o an rx), antibiotic resistance, anxiety/depression tx/dx, how to decipher what’s right/wrong/appropriate when it comes to homeopathy/Ayurveda/naturopathy...is there evidence? Is there harm, can we combine these with allopathic medicine. Have tons more suggestions...this is a good start.

There is no any bollywood follywood kholiwood zholawaood exists in the whole world, there is Hindi Film/Movie/Cinema Industry in english exists in the BharatVarsh. हिन्दी में हिन्दी चलत्चित्रसृष्टी, मराठीमध्ये हिंदी चित्रपटसृष्टी & so on in all languages, Hindi will remain as it is in all languages, word for film industry will change as per language. That filthy word is actually derogatory remark given by angrez to defame to disrespect Hindi Film/Movie/Cinema Industry & you like to continue being their sycophant honest slave then say if not then don't say & also tell to other people. So always remember & say Hindi Film/Movie/Cinema Industry. About drugs, not whole industry is druggi, there are so many people who never go by that road, ladkiyon ko chhednewala rajput himself was druggist, he wasn't 34 days kid, he was 34 year old so he clearly knew what is he taking. So don't call whole industry druggi because they ARE NOT. Actually those who bark against drug they themselves are druggi, be it social media people or all news channels (except only 2 Governments) or so-called celebrity like ranaut rohatgi lokhande grannies or KZbin channels people, it's reality.

First if all, congrats Dr. Nene, on the start of your first KZbin channel. Much luck and success to you! I would like to begin right away! My aunt, who is nearly 80 years old, has been suffering from severe gout and arthritis for more than 15 years now. She has tried homoeopathy, ayurveda and has now resigned herself to allopathy, as the pain has become intolerable. Her fingers and toes are twisted, she has these ball like swellings on one of her wrists and one of her ankles. She refuses to change her diet, as we learnt that milk and milk products, and also wheat could be damaging in this condition. She suffers from chronic constipation and isn't the most social of persons. Mentally, she is alert, and prefers to do most of her work herself, although she lives in a joint family, and has people around to help her. My question is: how to improve the quality of life for my aunt, and how to reduce her pain without her having to rely on strong allopathic medicines, which are known to have many side effects.

Fantastic idea Dr. Nene. Will look forward to the channel. My question to begin with is about food and nutrition. My husband turned to plant based whole foods some years ago and now he eats completely SOS free. And he strongly believes if we convert to salt-oil-sugar free plant based whole foods, it will help us live a better and longer life. There are lots of information on the internet, but I want to hear from you.

Hi Mr Nene, A topic that i would suggest to be discussed would be the biggest silent killers within the Asian community & they are: depression, anxiety & mental health issues. I think a workshop on the above would be most helpful for those suffering from the any of the above. Many thanks in advance!
