Thank you dr nene. Theres a big pandemic going down in all humanity. It's called narcissism. We living in a narcissistic society and it's a range of a behaviour disorder. We all have traits of narcissism but the real thing is not a nice thing. I feel people will appreciate this. Dr. Ramani does good talks I think the audience would appreciate. Personally I am staying away from humans going forward cos I seem to attract narcissists. I'm scared of people I can give you my research.

But when I quit taking pills it was like sleep negated from my routine. It's been 3 years still I don't get sound sleep and my memory has been affected tremendously. intermittently I hav to take pills to sleep. @DrNeneOfficial3 жыл бұрын
The human body likes routines. When we pull all nighters, it really throws us off. Ideally, staying in a focused regimen will keep you at your healthiest. This includes the five essentials we have talked about before. But also relates to sleep and being regular about it.

Dr Nene but people with depressive orders sleep too much and they still appear so tired.. what can you do about this?
@shrutighate49393 жыл бұрын
This was the most interesting topic. I just had one question about sleep & if you happen to read my comment I would be so grateful if you can respond. Question: Some of my friends do night shifts due to their nature of profession & sleep during the day. They still get their 8 hour sleep but does that still affect the circadian rhythm of the body since they are sleeping during the day? Thank you!
@DrNeneOfficial3 жыл бұрын
Night shifts are tough as they do mess up the circadian rhythm. If you perennially sleep during the day, and work at night, it is essentially like being in another time zone. But the truth is that it is not so simple. The body depends on light and inputs to drive the circadian rhythm. Therefore, it may result in some degree of sleep deprivation, long term. We have addressed this in part 2 and 3 of this series.
@shrutighate49393 жыл бұрын
@@DrNeneOfficial This was really helpful & informative. Thank you for responding to my comment. Really appreciate your time. Looking forward to Part 2 & 3! 🙂
