Dr Nigel Gould-Davies previews Zelenskyy’s address to the IISS Shangri-La Dialogue 2024

As Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrives in Singapore in preparation for his address to the IISS Shangri-La Dialogue on Sunday 2 June, IISS Senior Fellow for Russia and Eurasia explains the messages that Zelenskyy will be seeking to deliver to the region, and what regional states are likely to take away from his remarks.
Known as Asia’s premier defence summit, the Dialogue takes place in Singapore and brings together the most important defence policymakers from across the Asia-Pacific and beyond for three days of intense discussions on regional security.
