Sometimes most people don’t have access to this content and some might not even comprehend what’s being said. However, considering the millions of views that most socialites get, I am forced to conclude that most people don’t have an agenda to transform thinking. They want to please the eyes, watching the most stupidest stories on internet. The generation of “porn-lovers” we have cannot “commit” their finances and internet access data to watch these critical conversations. Go to “Madam Boss” and Twabam’s pages, you will see the level of “engagement” and participation there.

My Bro. ..Zimbabweans are tired and sick of these so called intellectual and political conversations and debates....these conversations have been on going for years since 1980 but they dont seem to resolve the real challenges in our country.....after listening to Dr Nkosana Moyo what do you think him and Trevor solved or achieved ...I wonder .....nothing my Bro ....the situation remains the same ......so in my view people resort to socialites like Madam Boss or Tatelicious as a way to vent out their stresses. ...at least they make us laugh....

@@elizabethmutasa1008 do you honestly believe that a problem started by a criminal group called Zanu PF can be solved by two people? This interview should make you think deeply about who in Zanu or MDC has such integrity and a proven track record of achievements like Dr Nkosana Moyo? Who have you ever heard in Zimbabwean politics express such simply clear and simply ideas necessary to resolve our problems? No other party or people have been given the opportunity to sit in presidential positions and change things in Zimbabwe besides Zanu Criminals. If all Zimbabweans were the same, would we have produced people like Strive Masiyiwa, Shingi Mutasa, etc? WE NEED A CHANGE IN LEADERSHIP TO RESOLVE OUR NATIONAL PROBLEMS AND IF YOUR DON'T THINK SO THEN YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.

TREVOR & NKOSANA, GO BACK & LISTEN TO IAN SMITH’S INTERVIEWS IN 78, 79, 80s & 90s. IAN SMITH PREDICTED EVERYTHING THAT IS HAPPENING IN ZIMBABWE BECAUSE HE COULD SEE THAT CORRUPT THUGS & THIEVES WERE GOING TO OWN THE COUNTRY & THE PEOPLE. WHY??? BECAUSE ZANU PF IS A COMMUNIST PARTY SO ALL THIS INTELLECTUAL & ACADEMIC TALK DOESN’T RESONATE WITH ZANU PF HENCE THEY FAILED TO CONNECT WITH NKOSANA’S VISION. THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT IS YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE COMMENTS ABOUT PEOPLE NOT TAKING VACCINES. IT’S A SHAME AS THE INTERVIEW WAS GENERALLY GOOD.

The narrative of Zimbabwe in general has been characterized by shona speaking people in general saying they are not yet ready to accept a President from the minority Ndebele tribe but here I dare say, tribalism to one side, this respected man has what it takes to lead Zimbabwe with other capable Zimbabweans. In my opinion, this man is bringing to Africa a new philosophy/culture about how Africans should think and perceive national and continental politics. He is trying to transform a mindset. His ideas are very strong and thought provoking. However, with his age, trying to win people's hearts INORDER TO WIN THE PRESIDENCY THRU A VOTE, his approach will hardly allow him to win power in the short space of time he has left. The mindset transformation campaign he is pushing needs years to start having ELECTORAL influence, to allow the pioneer to convince ordinary people to vote for him or his party. His assignment really, is to be a pioneer of this very important campaign, grooming young blood that will take his philosophy to the grassroots and shift our electoral culture. That will require years to achieve. Culture is not easy to change. But it can be done. I therefore think that, the man needs to play smart politics and be "like a law breaker to law breakers, or a Jew to Jews," in order TO WIN THEM, and then after getting power, he then show the people the gospel he is bringing. In part 1 of the program, he rightly argued that he discovered that as long as someone, even an independent, is in the Presidency, many people will FOLLOW HIM, because of the power of the office. Why not utilize that?

If we asZimbabweans believe that we canmake this a better place lets come together the general population and act. I look forward to the next conversations with Shingai Mutasa, Ibbo Mandaza, Leonard Zhakata. Interesting thoughts. Question, what is our domestic policy like and what is our foreign policy as a nation? What values bind us together as a nation? As you highlighted there's no more national pride. Could it be that people who led us to independence where supposed to handover baton for others to run their race? Did people who fought independence go through rehabilitation? My take has always been that Zim is not hard to manage. Very very easy to get all cylinders firing. Determination lacks from leadership as personal interests reign supreme.

The likes of Nkosana would make a very good presidential advisor. Unfortunately he is not a politician he is too conscientious whereas politics esp in Zim is a dirty game and to participate you have to be prepared to debase yourself. Elections are about selling a product to the voting public. And the customer (voter) is always right (subject to rigging). Nkosana and APA came with a naive and academic approach to the polls which deservedly failed to resonate with the voters. Lets assume he had won. How did he plan to govern with no MPs nor a strong party machinery behind him to drive legislative action? He should take a leaf from campaigns like Trump in USA and the Malemas. These are pple that read the room and the pulse of the pple and positioned themselves accordingly. There is a reason why politicians say one thing in campaign and act different in governing...the processing of campaigning is simply a marketing excercise.
@bidzam
@bidzam 3 жыл бұрын
Well I do believe his reaction was based on the mere fact that Zimbabwe doesn't require partisan politics at this point in time. So in other words he prescribed the problem. Obviously we cannot do away with political parties; however to move this conutry forward politics needs to take a break and have the right people in key positions. Both ZANU and MDC have shown signs of having people who are there to feed their stomachs and at the same time incompetent and that is a recipe for disaster. Even if you put Chamisa on power now, chances he is going to fail because he is surrounded by fools to say the least. The the political culture needs a big shift and society as a whole needs to change how it sees politics. There is a need to seek accountability where it's from the ruling party or opposition. As long as these fundamentals are not resolve, you can have thousands of elections but nothing will change for the good.

Nkosana Moyo trying to invent the political wheel,he is like fish out of water in politics,his brilliant ideas never includes the context,or the epoch,in which those ideas must thrive..eg around 2000 there was a "war" between Britain and Zim precipitated by the land reform...Right in the middle of it,Nkosana comes with a suggestion to the president who is not prepared to lose the above mentioned "war" to put a white person as a deputy Min of agric.. classic Nkosana.
