Dr PSS's success has been due no doubt to his curiosity and his ability to look at medicine in a holistic way by adopting multi-disciplinary approaches. Specialists tend to adhere to conventional wisdom and don't think outside the box--as such they stagnate. Dr PPS is unique in having an open mind and has faith in man's ability to create a better world--he is an incurable optimist. He is also a most self-effacing person. He speaks so clearly and his explanation can easily be understood by the lay person. I am deeply impressed. The world will be a happier with people like him.

I really thing growing up in the complexities of South Africa, finding YOUR idenity, space and learning empathy for fellow people through "ubuntu" ideology. When I hear him speak, I hear Elon Musk (not accent) but ideology. "Not in a box", get's exicted about impossible challenges etc.
