Great video, just the thing to build confidence in trying it out. Thank you so much!

Thank you. I have this needling unit. I bought Cos De Baha hyaluronic acid serum to use with it.

I just opened my Dr Penn A7 and had some trouble getting it to start. The adapter on the cord which plugs into the wall electrical wasn't a good fit. Unlike yours it did not go in all the way. I figured that was what was wrong so I pulled it out and re inserted about 5 times and it finally started. I did my whole face and necklines (without lidocaine) and I really liked it. I've done derma rolling with the hand rollers every 4-5 weeks for a full year and finally decided to try the pen. I used the lowest setting and thought it did a great job. I'm very pleased. Used the 12 needled cartridge (recommended by Penny Smith). Sure hope my pen keeps working.

I had the same problem you did giving it to start. Nothing I tried worked. I finally found a combination that did… The right outlet - in the kitchen , a Bose USB plug-in adapter. Then I moved. No outlet will work and no adapter. I’ve tried every combination. Now what?

@@sgnorris I sure wish I could give you another suggestion but you sound as if you've tried everything. I bought mine from a supplier on ebay (write me back if you want to contact and I'll look up her name). She told me that I could purchase other cords, etc from her but mine did start working and I've used 3 4 times with no issues so far. Cords were reasonable priced. Hope you didn't get a lemon. I rollered with a hand roller for a year before purchase of pen. I REALLY like the pen. I'm going to get the A6 soon as it has the 3 cartridge that I like for lines around lips, crows feet, etc. I'm 71 and those lip lines have faded considerably,. Was really amazed. Blessings, p

Can someone help me please? I just got a Dr Pen 6AS. At 1 speed, Do the 2.5mm needles move up and down continuously ONLY past the rim/edge of the cartridge? I can’t glide or even go in circle at 2.5 mm because the needles are sticking out past rim/edge of cartridge. Does yours? Please help me.
@DSmith-ix1xf7 ай бұрын
The deeper the needle the more limited the movement. Try a lower setting. x

Would you recommend this for stretch marks?

The one I recommend most for stretch marks is the Illuma pen.

Hi, nice unboxing! I'm looking forward to buy the A7 pen but I wanna make sure I have all the necessary stuff first. How much do the cartridges that come in the box last? Are they reusable if you wash them or how does that work? Thank you!
@Twodaythreads4 жыл бұрын
Discard each cartridge after one use. But they are pretty affordable to replace. 👍🏻

Really. You didn’t show us how to use it on our skin.
@Twodaythreads3 жыл бұрын
We have many videos showing how to use on the the skin. We make these short videos because the directions that come with the pens can be confusing.
