Not really. Usually, a man is praised for being able to get a girl so young. They would celebrate. But it's frowned upon if a woman dates a younger man, and vice versa. For me, it doesn't matter whether the gender, man, or woman - dating people way younger or older than you is problematic and kind of disturbing.
