Shame on the doctors who testified against this man without consulting the baby's medical records. The doctors should be held accountable for this.

It’s interesting that Dr Phil often sounds so hesitant and unsure. The truth is that he measures his words and thinks carefully before he comments. I've prayed for this man. I asked God to come to his defense and make it possible that his life is spared if he is innocent. If he is guilty, I asked God to carry out His will and avenge His child as only He can. I believe God is moving on his behalf. God be with this man all his days, through his trial, and lead those in charge of deciding how to proceed forward with a clear path and understanding. We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers and that your childrens prayers do not fall on deaf ears. It says in Your word that You will be with Your children just as You were with David in the lions den and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the furnace. They were not affected by the flames and their clothes did not smell of smoke. If it is your will God that this man be spared, I am Father that you heal his brain, you heal his heart and that his remaining days on earth be spent in peace and love. We thank you, Father. Amen.

When defendants go on trial there are often times evidence that should be heard and needs to be heard never gets to the jury because a judge decides to suppress it or whatever reason. This reminds me of Australia’s Kathleen Folbigg who was sentenced to 30 years for killing 4 of her babies. She spent 20 years in prison then exonerated because modern science was able to prove that all of her children had genetic disorders which was responsible for her baby’s deaths. Also Lindy Chamberlain who was sentenced and gaoled and later it was proven - after Azaria’s matinee jacket was found - that a dingo did indeed take her baby. I can’t imagine how I would feel. The!intense grief, the guilt that I hadn’t protected my baby only to be arrested for killing that baby. I pray that Robert is given another trial or exonerated. These tragedies just keep happening.

The man who asked Dr. Phil, "How does this happen?" was not paying attention. Dr. Phil clearly stated that this happened because prosecutors were looking for CONVICTIONS not JUSTICE. They want to solve a case even if the wrong guy is convicted. It's interesting that SA was HINTED at early in the case by a prosecution who KNEW it was false but they brought it up because even though they dropped it, they knew that thought was now in the jury's mind. I say the prosecution knew it was false because had they thought it was true, they would have been pursuing it through the entirety of the trial. The same underhanded, crooked, sleazy trick was pulled in the Casey Anthony case. Her lawyer said that her father had been guilt of SA of her when she was a child and this was nothing but a deliberate lie to gain sympathy for her from the jury. Her lawyer said it would be proven. It was NOT proven. In fact, once it was in the mind of the jury, it was never even mentioned again. BTW, fairly recently her father took a lie detector test and passed it, which reportedly did not please dear old Casey very much. There's not much need for her to take a lie detector test because everyone KNEW she was a liar and why the jury so readily accepted that she was a liar and therefore disregarded much of what she said, but was still willing to accept parts of what she said is just a puzzle to me. When she took the cops with her to visit her office in that huge complex and walked them up and down halls before turning to them and sheepishly admitting, "I never worked here." And yet the jury believed the garbage she put out about her father having some involvement in that baby's death and I think it was largely due to that inflammatory LIE that her lawyer snuck in. It appears to me that the same vile procedure was employed in this case. Dr. Phil deserves a lot of credit for becoming involved in this case and trying so hard to get this sentence set aside.

I hope he receives full help with not one cent charged to him. Then as I said, gets full restitution...false imprisonment, pain and suffering, insufficient defense counsel (terrible representation, etc.) Idk why it is not a full pardon.!!!😢
