I had severe muscle pain nausea and was unable to eat in the morning and had severe muscle fatigue for many years and wasnt able to gain weight, felt like death when i woke up in the morning, would sleep through most noises and for like 12 hours or more if I was allowed to. It was blamed for years on fybromyalgis arthriti, chronic fatigue and being a mother, my kids blurted out to my doctor since they are older, that they notied i stop breathing an they cant wake me up, she ordered home sleep study and found that i had severe sleep apnea. first week of cpap treatment cured my nausea and reduced my jumpiness anxiety and pain and fatigue to a degree where i can function better. I still have issues and get tired quite a bit but I also have POTS andMY children and I have finally been diagnosed with joint hypermobility syndrome. so now I have answers as to why i alwasy injured myself when i was a kid for no apparent reason and random horrible fatigue and muscle pains that were ignored and it was not actually normal to be super flexible. I still have episodes of tachycardia and near fainting but I also have issue with my robs popping out of place and my neck pinching nerves etc. biggest problem i have had is finding a doctor willing to help me and learn and who may already be knowledgeable about these things. on teh quest for helping my kids so they dont end up like me and can actually have a life instead of being in pain and developing arthritis in their loose joints. I also see a very gentle and knowledgeable chiropractor that has restored my ability to walk without a cain and I have been through lots of physical therapy. now that my sleep apnea is apparenlty undercontrol my muscles and my brain seem to respond totherapy a bit better. I may never be fully functional like everyone else but ill do my best to try!

I Wish to God he'd come to the UK and teach here! He is amazing. The only fully comprehensive and concise explanation and understanding of the complexities of what I/We are suffering. Most Doctors want to medicate without listening or absorbing the possibility that the medication will cause problems elsewhere including allergic reactions, which adrenaline is a major factor around. Most Doctors become irritated and are too time constrained to bother to understand the way EDS morphs due to the fact that connective tissue is EVERYWHERE and affects EVERYTHING. In 40 years of clinics and doctors and holistic explorations, Dr Pocinky is the only Doctor who I have ever heard talk who seems to have an instinctive and empathetic, moderate nature that is required to absorb all the syndromes complications. He gives an interesting ideal about how to break the cycle and for years I have said on and on and on to doctors that the lack of sleep was killing me when it was at its worst. I have some major questions for him ....If anyone knows how to get them to him. regarding genetics, please let me know .

It’s horrible. I’ve been awake for at least 28hours straight now. No one gets it unless they experience it.😞

@The Spiritual Dimension Tarot wow 4 years ago Well it was actually Xanax Withdrawal that did it to me. 4 mon of zero zero zero sleep, lost 40 lbs. Then I started the 2 hr issue. Finally 2.2 years after that sleep returned.

Sleep studies always find sleep apnea and thats all. for 15. years I've been waked screaming from pain, sure my breathing changes when I scream. but it's not sleep apnea! Everyone I know who goes to a sleep lab ends upwith a damm c-pap machine. suspect I'd say.
