Self-Acceptance and Self-Love means that you're at ease within yourself, that, parts of your mind are not unduly fighting other parts of the mind, that you're not rejecting yourself, you're not fighting with yourself, you're not berating yourself. Rather, you feel comfortable with who you are, relaxed with who you are, happy with who you are.
