A discussion with Dr. Stephan van Vliet about the first results from our year-long Beef Nutrient Density study. We have been working with farmers around the world, having them send in steaks, manure, soil, and forage, as well as asking them to answer a long list of questions about farm management. This first data set looks much like we thought it would. How a cow is managed has a lot to do with what is in its meat, and the variations are massive. In this webinar, Dr. van Vliet shares results from his lab at Utah State University, and talks Dan through some updates and recent findings in that research.
