I'm curious how John Kempf's handheld sensor for collect nutrient data is different from the BFA's Bionutrient Meter? It sounds like they do the same thing? I am not a farmer, but want to improve soil health to grow plants that are nutrient dense and are high in secondary metabolites. Can't wait for this tech!

That was so informative Im listening again and taking notes. I manage a 6ft high static pile of arbor chips from 30 years of collecting- like 3 semi loads. Were getting great results fighting armillaria thats killing huge numbers of white oak ,as well as the garden. Microbes are the future ,and your imformation was valuable as I apply extracts .

The book is one of those that's difficult to stop reading. It is now doing the rounds in our tiny UK village before we embark on a village vegetable grow on some donated land. Because of the information contained in this book, we'll enjoy growing better and eating healthier food a whole lot more. A great piece of work. Thank you

All summer I sprouted wheat, barley, oats, and flax seed and then fermented the grass in EM/LAB that i had dissolved fish @ 3 pounds a gallon. I made the EM/LAB, Then threw 150 pounds of fish into a 55 gallon barrel. My chickens loved it. They ate half as much too. There is less than 1% of microbes that have been studied, Just make some EM/LAB. This guys microbe mix won't do anything home made EM will. Make your own EM/LAB, It will do the same thing as his expensive gallon jugs. I make seaweed EM/LAB and pour that in with the fish EM/LAB. If I bought the fish EM/LAB it would of cost 2,000 to do my 56 pasture chickens, I made it for $50. There is hundreds of videos showing how to make EM/LAB.

This guy Dan says he doesn't believe in compost, He says it doesn't happen in nature. Trees drop their leaves and they compost in nature, Nobody is taking the leaves so it becomes nutrition for all the plants and trees. In farming when they harvest all of those nutrients will be taken away with the produce. Dan thinks some rock dust and sea salt is all you need. He obviously doesn't have a farm.

@jpetermaughan There used to be millions of animals running around sitting on everything. The US Army and Fir traders killed 60 million Buffalo. That's a lot of shit. Now days you have to find a Organic Dairy and buy some manure. Test your crops with a Brix meter, If your not getting 12+ your garden is trash.

Regarding your seaweed ferments, is any seaweed okay to use? I have some seaweeds and kelp here in the Pacific N.W along with lots of eel grass. Do you rinse your seaweed to remove any of the sea salts? Thanks for another very interesting webinar.

I am currently building my home by the Angelina River. I am putting many plots in many places around 300+ acre area. We plant an excess of species over changing micro climates. This should keep me occupied for 30 years building my arboretum/garden/test plots.
