Holep is excellent operation 2 weeks on I'm back to normal.. Nothing sinister going on.. Had op in UK and was very easy to get over . I totally recommend it for bph.. I suffered for years with retention of urine and running to the toilet in agony trying to pass.. I have no incontinence after no leaking and sex drive is the same and working .

Allan, thanks for the info. A few questions if you don't mind. Where did you have it done? how long did the op take? did you have a local or a general anesthetic? Thanks

@@jackt9411 no problem I had it done in the UK at a NHS hospital.. Okay it took 2 .5 hours. I was knocked out. I asked before on the table if could stay awake and they said u have to go to sleep because the laser is precise and u might move .. Fair enough it was nothing really.. I was offered a Turps before but turned it down because was told it could affect my sex life not been able to... I'm. Perfect and still have sex often. Holep is the best cure I walked out of the hospital next day

Would you have it done and would you have it done by ga or by the anslild surgeon under anesthesia general or spinal? And why do you do it or you train a fellows or trainee without informing the patient to give consent?

Hello how many did you do be-you got the right way of doing it and how many mistakes did you? Do you do it with spinal tab or ga. Does the patient have. A choice?
