==================================
Welcome to my KZbin channel Hairliciously. In this channel, I will be taking you on a journey of my FUE hair transplant progress. Towards the end of November 2016, I had a 1700 FUE hair transplant done in South Korea at Motion Clinic (en.motionclinic.kr) to lower my hairline and to fill in my receding temples. The FUE hair transplant procedure took me about 7-8 hours to complete and cost me approximately $5000 USD.
I will be doing daily updates on my hair transplant progress, so feel free to subscribe and ask any questions you have. Thanks for visiting!
Please like, comment and subscribe! :)
======================================
Products I am using to supplement my FUE hair transplant:
1. Dr Pen 1.5mm 1-2x a week. (temples and hairline)
2. HAIRLICIOUSLY Hair Growth Supplement 2x a day
3. Minoxidil (Rogaine) - Minoxidil slows hair loss progression and promotes hair regrowth. I've noticed that using Minoxidil helped me grow my transplanted hairs a lot more quicker.
4. 0.5% topical Pyrilutamide
5. HAIRLICIOUSLY Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)
6. 0.1% topical dutasteride daily

I know what you mean. It’s been almost twenty years since I started looking in to this kind of news. Guys that are recently balding don’t understand. They’ll burn guys like us at the stake for being Debbie downers. I remember guys that lost their hair in the 80s and 90s warning people like me about the ‘5 more years’ and I wasn’t taking them serious at the time either. Science felt so cutting edge and it seemed like a cure was just within reach! And yet here I am…just 5 more years almost 20 years later lol. Just be comfortable being bald. Find ways to make it work. Life is going to pass you by before you realized you’ve spent years fretting about this and letting it control your life and your decisions. Just shave it, workout, get in shape and chase a good career. You’ll be infinitely happier if you put these hopes behind you.

I didn't know there was a crowdfunding attempt by Dr Tsuji, these things need more marketing, i would've gladly donated. Androgenetic Alopecia is extremely common, if 1% of adult men who suffer from AGA in the Western World alone(a region that tends to have more disposable income) donated $50, we would have plenty. But we need to focus on actual regenerative therapies that can cure us instead of anti androgenic crap that makes us slaves to big pharma.

@@nicoledreamcr4666Technically, nothing. But being an unknown individual in a 3rd world country doesn't help(not many relevant scientists or research institutes here). People would probably have a reasonable skepticism towards donating money to a nobody, my comment was more hinting at hair loss influencers, who already have a large following and are mostly trusted by their audience. Maybe they could get together or something.
@Sourusophyexe
@Sourusophyexe 10 ай бұрын
@@fangornthewise you are so hilarious man. What you are talking about with "actual regenerative therapies" sounds as "instead of actually preventing damage, either mechanical or chemical/neurological. We should focus on trying to regrow hands". No, dude, if you smoke for 30 years and expose your skin to the sun. You can't magically "regenerate" your skin or "regrow new skin". It's your fault for degenerating your own body and not taking preventive measures. Or if you were born, without a hand, because you are unlucky genetically, well you can't regrow it. You can get prosthetics. I think you lack the knowledge to understand how complex keeping alive biological systems is. If it was that simple then we would be able to create synthetic humans lmao. And so far every "subject" has died on a petri dish at some stage. Same goes for hair follicles which are living complex systems that require acute biochemical balance and environment. There is no "big pharma". YOU KNOW WHY EVERYBODY CALLS IT "MINOXIDIL" AND "FINASTERIDE"? BECAUSE THE CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS ARE "OPEN SOURCE". IF THEY WERE TRADEMARKED, EVERYBODY WOULD CALL IT "ROGAINE" AND YOU WOULD NEED TO BUY IT THROUGH ONE-SOURCE. You can just google "minoxidil home made" or "create your own minoxidil" and follow the guide, you probably have to be of average intelligence to do it (but I would assume everyone using Internet is and doesn't have heavy developmental disorder or brain damage). But instead of being a schizo weirdo you can just pay 10 euro to have it manufactured instead of probably being double or triple for raw chemical compounds that you have to mix using your own equipment. Does this look like big pharma to you? The only resemblance to "big pharma" is hairliciuosly trying to sell pyrilutamide for 120 dollars (because it's very hard to get or manufacture on your own), while you can buy minoxidil for 10 dollars lmao. It's 12x the price!! Or Eucapil-shop (selling Fluridil) for 45 euro (30 tablets) while finasteride is 12 euro for 30 tablets. Both of these compounds being not thoroughly tested, not conclusive AND WEAKER (as in "not as effective") while Finasteride and Minoxidil are approved by international medicine community lmao. GT20029, which is very novel thing from China which will probably "cure" hair loss DOES NOT "REGENERATE" HAIR AS WELL. It just destroys androgens on the scalp, therefore stopping baldness all together (because as we all know androgenic alopecia is caused by DHT androgens). What you are talking about are some science fiction fantasy dreams, which won't even fix your balding lol. If you won't take spoooky scawwy "big pharma drugs" like Finasteride or in the future, GT20029. THE NEW HAIR WHICH YOU WOULD REGROW WILL BE DESTROYED AGAIN. SO YOU WOULD NEED TO REPEAT THIS CYCLE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Even if you could grow human hair follicles, you would need to pay the same amount you pay for hair transplant. As these follicles would need to be inserted into your scalp. Or do you think there is some magical mushroom that will recreate hair follicles from scratch on your head? A process that is only possible IN THE FIRST MONTH OF EXISTING IN THE WOMB. Your hair follicles, their thickness, structure and their fate is decided in embryonic stage of development, where the fetus develops from the embryo (cell multiplication) in the first month. So I don't think your idea of throwing money at scientists will somehow bridge those gaps that would literally need a technological to genetically modify a human in it's adulthood to replicate the developmental process of an embryo from stem cells. Which again, we don't know how safe that would be and if it would kill your or something. Since genetic modifications are pretty scary and we already have those. CANCER is a "genetic modification", where cells replicate. So yeah. Scalp cancer, because you want to regrow hair doesn't sound promising. Cheers.

Man, a question comes to my mind.. If u get marry and u plan to have kids, u will have to stop finas for at least a month to wash off finas buildup in ur body. Since u took break from finasteride u will start losing ur gains. And soon after that u will plan to get back to finasteride and then it will give u a worse shed cus it will start its process again from scratch. 🥲 Leaving u with a big bald ground. In near future i will get marry and i dont have any idea that how to retain my hair during planing a kid.

Thought my hairloss was natural related to age back in the beginning of 2021 later to find out it was diffuse alopecia..my doctor always told me my tests were fine...but now I see my ferritin,and my vitamin d,and folate was "normal" but in the low end of..was into skincare told to use high spf after some skin- treatments I did to protect the skin from melasma,and wrinkles..if I knew back then it would result in hairloss I would rather have kept my hair,and have more wrinkles...this is something I write for someone in a earlier stage: if you see your Vit d,and ferritin are in the low end of normal,or B12 something else get them back up,get lots of rest,greens,berries,nuts,and enough proteins in your diet...also found out to late im sensitive to gluten...so if someone reading this think they maybe sensitive to gluten,and want to avoid further loss..just try to cut it out straight away,and look into the symptoms of celiac,gluten sensitivity,and also low B12,ferritin,votamin D........if you live in a northern country,or a place with a limited amount of sunlight,or have to spend a lot of time inside remember to get enough D3/try get more sunlight(if not cold also on arms,and legs......)...I hope this can help someone to not experience the hell im in........I am 36,and I know some may be even younger battling with this kind of shit.....

I don't see how Junji Fukuda can start meaningful clinical trials in 2023 because an article I read claims "...they have also grown human hair follicles from stem cells, though for now these follicles remain at an immature stage." In other words, to me it reads like yes we can grow them but not to a level of cosmetic acceptability in terms of thickness and length. However maybe this is no longer the case. Either that or they're now growing the follicles but need more time to develop into mature ones. I wish the article would have clarified that.
