Very cool ride and enjoyed the views looking over the lake. I can understand being nervous to going inside there

Yes it was. We were looking at the big gate holding back the water and water was spewing around the edgers and one of my students ask what would happen if that gate failed and the Corp of Engineers guy said we would be flushed like a bunch of turds all the way to Greenwood 😆. That when I made my exit.

Thanks for commenting. Are you old enough to remember the old bait shop at the Grenada spillway? We use to fish and listen to the music broadcasted from their speakers 😊. Good times

@@TommyWasHere I do remember there being a bait shop we would go to, on the southern side of the spillway, to "bait up" for a day of fishing. However, I do not recall any loud speakers. I'm a 90's kid so maybe it's not the shop you're speaking of.
