Just wash your hair thrice a week with gentle shampoo such as Sebamed, pilgrim or any other which suits you and apply shampoo only on roots not on length, use conditioner after hair wash always apply conditioner on length not on roots and use any light hair oil on damp hair. Hey doctor aanchal have been suffering from acne and I can't do anything about it even went to the dermat twice , adaplene and clindamycin doesn't work anymore as i hve used it before so bacteria has adapted to clindamycin and if I use epiduo then my skin develops tiny bump like rashes and salicylic acid works but I have cystic and painful acne so it works very little, please help me

Never apply any hair oil when you've dandruff it'll worsen it and you'll see hairfall immediately. Just use a good shampoo such as head & shoulder and wash your hair daily until you get rid of, and always apply shampoo on your roots and not on length. Hope it helps
