I’m a little confused by a premise of this metagame. If I were to have “Draining Kiss” as my item, would that make every damaging move heal back 75%? Since Body Press as the item makes every attack use Defense as Atk/Sp Atk. If I were to use a move that never missed, like “Swift” as the item, would that make the Pokémon’s moves never miss as well or no?

To explain your burned Treads btw, Burn halves the damage of physical moves, it's not tied to your actual stats at all (Showdown reflects this by halving the base power of the physical move being used as an arbitrary way to represent it). So if you were using a special move it was not affected by the burn (such as earth power) but if you were using a physical it would be (earthquake) even though both are off your defense stat at the time

I have some suggestions Raging Bolt with Rising Voltage in the item slot,When electric terrain is activated he becomes unstoppable Regirock with Body Press in the item slot, as it will use the defense stat to attack Inteleon with U-Turn in the item slot and Hydro cannon, it uses Hydro Cannon and as it will switch, it will not need to recharge Cinderace with Weather Ball in the item slot, for this strat you can use any weather, all moves will become weather type but since the power is doubled, even resisteds hits very hard

You should totally try out Itemized U-Turn Cyclizar. Good pivot and nuke with hyper beam, Draco, and overheat with an added rapid spin for good measure (or smth else if you really dislike Heatran). Automatically switches you out after hitting hard (but it’s slower than Meowscarada so idk :( )

You should try Archuladon, it could run body press as an item with stamina or electro shot, idk exactly how it would work, but it should raise special attack every turn.
