I would have to say that this song is a very good summary of mostly everything I love about music; poetry dressed in a nice heavy sound, contrasting duets and vocals, beauty and darkness, melancholy and sensuality. I saw her very first concert with them and immediately fell in love with the band and her voice. I am so grateful that I was permitted to capture two German shows for them. Of course it sounds like Theater of tragedy, they were precursors of the genre. They are a legend and they are one of my favorite bands, but definitely Draconian has its own style and a very modern face.
